Օրբելու անվան Ֆիզիոլոգիայի ինստիտուտի` Իմունոլոգիայի և հյուսվածքային ինժեներիայի լաբորատորիան «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի կողմից տրամադրված դրամաշնորհի միջոցով գնված ժամանակակից, մարդու օրգանիզմին ամենամոտ միջավայր ապահովող ինկուբատորում կփորձի ցողունային բջիջների միջոցով վիրաբուժության մեջ օգտագործվող մարդու մաշկ աճեցնել:

«Շատ լավ որակի ինկուբատոր ենք ձեռք բերել, նախկինը բջիջների կենսունակ վիճակը պահպանելու համար չէր ապահովում բավարար պայմաններ, շատ հաճախ մեր կողմից իրականացվող փորձերը տեխնիկական խնդիրների պատճառով ձախողվում էին։ Առաջ ջերմաստիճանի և CO2 գազի ցուցիչների սանդղակների վրա նշագրում էինք իրականցրել, որպեսզի կարողանանք ձեռքով կարգավորումներ իրականացնել․ այժմ ինկուբատորն ինքնակարգավորվում է։ Առաջին մեր քայլը լինելու է ճարպային հյուսվածքից ցողունային բջիջներն անջատելը, այնուհետև ստեղծելու ենք բջիջների շտեմարան, որը օգտագործվելու է մեր գենոֆոնդին համապատասխանող մաշկի ստեղծման համար։ Բջիջների շտեմարանի օգնությամբ կկարողանանք ստանալ տարբեր հյուսվածքներ, օրինակ՝ լյարդի, անոթների և օրգանների հյուսվածքներ»,- իր խոսքում նշեց Օրբելու անվան Ֆիզիոլոգիայի ինստիտուտի Իմունոլոգիայի և հյուսվածքային ինժեներիայի լաբորատորիայի վարիչ Զարուհի Կարաբեկյանը։

«Ուրախ ենք, որ այսուհետ լաբորատորիայում գիտական աշխատանքներն ավելի արդյունավետ կկազմակերպվեն, ուսանողները հնարավորություն կունենան լաբորատորիայում փորձնական աշխատանքները իրականացնել ժամանակակից սարքերի միջոցով: Ներկայում մաշկի փոխպատվաստման համար հայաստանյան բժիշկները այլ երկրներից են հյուսվածքը ստանում։ Հուսով ենք, որ հիմնադրամի կողմից իրականացված ներդրման և մեր գիտնականների աշխատանքի արդյունքում շուտով այլընտրանք կունենանք»- իր խոսքում նշեց «Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Աննա Գիշյանը։

«Ստեփան Գիշյան» բարեգործական հիմնադրամը ԱԿԲԱ-ԿՐԵԴԻՏ ԱԳՐԻԿՈԼ բանկի, ֆրանսիական Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլի, Կրեդիտ Ագրիկոլ ազգային ֆեդերացիայի և Գիշյան ընտանիքի կողմից ստեղծվել է երկու տարի առաջ: Այս տարի դրամաշնորհային ծրագրերին մասնակցելու համար հիմնադրամը ստացել է 128 հայտ: Օրբելու անվան Ֆիզիոլոգիայի ինստիտուտի` Իմունոլոգիայի և հյուսվածքային ինժեներիայի լաբորատորիայի ներկայացրած ծրագիրը հաղթած 4 ծրագրերից մեկն է:
