Եկեղեցիների համաշխարհային խորհրդի հայաստանյան Կլոր սեղան հիմնադրամի (ՀԿՍ) հրավերով «Եվրադիակոնիա» եկեղեցական և քրիստոնեական կազմակերպությունների միջազգային ցանցը Մայր Աթոռ Սուրբ Էջմիածնում «Մասնագիտական կրթությունը՝ որպես Եվրոպայի երիտասարդների գործազրկությունը հաղթահարելու լծակ» թեմայով սեմինար է անցկացրել:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Եկեղեցիների համաշխարհային խորհրդի հայաստանյան Կլոր սեղան հիմնադրամ (ՀԿՍ)-ից, ԵՄ Էրասմուս + ծրագրի շրջանակում գործող SALTO-YOUTH ծրագրի Արևելյան Եվրոպայի և Կովկասի ռեսուրս կենտրոնի ներկայացուցիչ Անդրեյ Պավլովիչը ներկայացրել է Եվրամիության տարածքում երիտասարդների գործազրկության վիճակը:  «Հայկական պրոգրեսիվ երիտասարդություն» (APY) ՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Գրիգոր Երիցյանը համաժողովի մասնակիցներին ներկայացրել է իրավիճակն Արևելյան Եվրոպայի երկրներում: Հայաստանի ուսուցման ազգային հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Մարինե Հակոբյանը և ՀԿՍ ծրագրի պատասխանատու Կարինե Քոչարյանը անդրադարձել են Հայաստանում երիտասարդների գործազրկության իրավիճակին:

Եվրադիակոնիայի անդամ կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչները մատնանշել են առանձին երկրներում տիրող իրավիճակը և դրա հնարավոր լուծումները: Ուկրաինայից «Ապրող հույս» ՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Նիկոլայ Բորիսուկը տեղեկացրել է իր երկրի իրավիճակի մասին, Իտալիայից ժամանած և «Եկեք միասին աշխատանք գտնենք» ՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Մորգանա Կարտարասան պատմել է այնտեղի երիտասարդության գործազրկության և զբաղվածության խնդիրների մասին:

Քննարկումներից առաջ «Դիակոնիա Իսպանա» կազմակերպությունից Խուլիո Դավիդ Գարսիան խոսել է իր հայրենիքի երիտասարդների խնդիրների մասին:

Քննարկումներից և փորձի փոխանակումից հետո սեմինարի մասնակիցները ճանաչողական այցով եղել են Արմավիրի մարզի Գայ համայնքում և Գյումրիում, որտեղ Հայ Առաքելական Սուրբ Եկեղեցու թեմերում ՀԿՍ աջակցությամբ հիմնվել և գործում են համայնքային սոցիալական կենտրոնները: Այնտեղ մասնակիցները ծանոթացել են կենտրոնների գործունեությանը, իրականացվող ոչ ֆորմալ կրթական-ուսուցողական ծրագրերին և ապագա նախագծերին:  

Եկեղեցիների համաշխարհային խորհրդի հայաստանյան միջեկեղեցական բարեգործական Կլոր սեղան հիմնադրամը (ՀԿՍ) էկումենիկ կազմակերպություն է, որը հիմնադրվել է 1996 թվականին: Կլոր սեղան հիմնադրամը եկեղեցիների և հասարակական կազմակերպությունների հետ սերտ համագործակցությամբ ակտիվորեն նպաստում է աղքատության վերացմանը, կայուն համայնքների զարգացմանը, եկեղեցու՝ սոցիալական աշխատանքների մեջ ակտիվ ներգրավվածությանը, Հայաստանի և Արցախի քաղաքացիական հասարակության զարգացմանը: ՀԿՍ-ն իր գործունեությունը կենտրոնացնում է հիմնականում հետևյալ ուղղություններով՝ համապարփակ համայնքային զարգացում և դիակոնիա, կարողությունների զարգացում, տարածաշրջանային խաղաղություն և հաշտեցում, արտակարգ իրավիճակներ:
