Ավելի քան 60 ծրագրավորող Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում հանգստյան օրերին մասնակցել է «Խելացի քաղաք» 24-ժամյա հաքաթոնին, հայտնի են հաղթողները:

Առաջին մրցանակին (մինչև 5000 ԱՄՆ դոլար ծրագրի իրականացման համար) արժանացել է «Oorban» թիմը: Առաջարկվել էր համատիրությունների էլեկտրոնային կառավարման համակարգ, որը հնարավորություն կտա բնակիչներին հետևել իրենց վճարների օգտագործմանը, ինչպես նաև բարձրաձայնել իրենց շենքի կառավարման խնդիրների վերաբերյալ:

Աղբահանության խելացի կազմակերպման նախագիծը`«Datathon»-ը, երկրորդ մրցանակակիրն է` մինչև 4000 ԱՄՆ դոլար ծրագրի իրականացման հնարավորությամբ: Աղբատար մեքենաների ուղեգծերի և աղբամանների տեղադրման վերաբերյալ տվյալների հետ աշխատելով` թիմը  մշակել է մոդել, որով առավել արդյունավետ կկազմակերպվի աղբատար մեքենաների ուղեգծերի կազմումն ու աղբամանների առավել նպատակահարմար դասավորությունը:

Երրորդ մրցանակը (մինչև 3000 ԱՄՆ դոլար ծրագրի իրականացման համար) շնորհվել է «Smart Space» թիմին, ով մշակել էր Երևանի համայնքներում կենսամակարդակի մոնիտորինգի գործիք, որն օգտագործում է տվյալներ ինչպես բնակֆոնդի, աղբահանության, այնպես էլ այլ ոլորտներից, և քարտեզագրում քաղաքում առավել աղտոտված կամ նպաստավոր հատվածները:

Հաքաթոնի մասնակիցներին տրամադրվել էին տարբեր ոլորտներից հավաքագրված տվյալների շտեմարաններ՝ աղբահանությունից, բջջային զանգերի անանուն գրանցումներից մինչև բնակֆոնդի կառավարմանը վերաբերող տվյալների բազաներ: 

Հաքաթոնի ընթացքում Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն այցելել է թիմերիին, ծանոթացել նախագծվող լուծումների մոդելներին: 

24 ժամ անընդմեջ աշխատելուց հետո 16 թիմ իր մշակած լուծումների մոդելները ներկայացրել է գնահատող հանձնաժողովին, որի կազմում էին ՏՏ կազմակերպությունների ղեկավարներ, կառավարման ոլորտի մասնագետներ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանից, ստարտափերի աջակցման և ներդրումային ֆոնդի ներկայացուցիչներ:  Ընտրված գաղափարները կանցնեն Կոլբա լաբի ինկուբացիայի փուլ և կստանան ծրագրի իրականացման նախնական ներդրում:

«Խելացի քաղաք» հաքաթոնը ֆինանսավորվում է Եվրոպական միության կողմից և իրականացվելու է ՄԱԿ-ի Զարգացման ծրագրի (ՄԱԶԾ) կողմից:
