Վրաստանի նախկին նախագահ, Օդեսայի նախկին նահանգապետ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլին երկրորդ անգամ, այս անգամ՝ անձամբ, դիմում է ներկայացրել իրեն Ուկրաինայում լրացուցիչ պաշտպանության կարգավիճակ տրամադրելու մասին: Այդ մասին «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ին հայտնել է քաղաքական գործչի փաստաբան Մարկիյան Գալաբալան:

Սաակաշվիլիի փաստաբանն ավելի վաղ Ուկրաինայի միգրացիոն ծառայություն դիմում էր ներկայացրել իր պաշտպանյալին պետության լրացուցիչ պաշտպանության կարիք ունեցող անձ ճանաչելու մասին՝ թույլ չտալու համար Ուկրաինայից Վրաստան քաղաքական գործչի արտահանձնումը: Ուկրաինայի միգրացիոն ծառայությունը մերժել էր ուսումնասիրել այդ դիմումն այն պատճառով, որ այն չի ներկայացրել անձամբ Սաակաշվիլին, այլ ներկայացրել են նրա ներկայացուցիչները: Միգրացիոն ծառայությունից հայտնել են, որ Սաակաշվիլին արհամարհում է երկրում իր իրավական կարգավիճակի կարգավորման հարցը, ինչը հիմքեր է տալիս նրան Ուկրաինայից արտաքսման համար:

«Նա երեկ անձամբ դիմում է ներկայացրել Միգրացիոն ծառայության Կիևի շրջանային վարչություն»,- ասել է Գալաբալան:

Նա նաև հայտնել է, որ առաջիկա օրերին կբողոքարկվի Սաակաշվիլիին քաղաքացիությունից զրկելու մասին Ուկրաինայի իշխանությունների որոշումը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Պյոտր Պորոշենկոն Սաակաշվիլիին զրկել է քաղաքացիությունից՝ պատճառաբանելով, որ նա ոչ հավաստի տվյալներ է ներկայացրել այն ստանալիս:

Սեպտեմբերի 10-ին Սաակաշվիլին ոտքով հատել է լեհ-ուկրաինական սահմանային անցակետը և մուտք գործել Ուկրաինա։ Միխեիլ Սաակաշվիլին քաղաքական ապաստան էր խնդրել Ուկրաինայից սեպտեմբերի 11-ին:
