Այսօր Ալեքսանդր եւ Լիլիթ Բաբասյանների ընտանիքը ճիշտ հինգ տարեկան է դառնում: Զույգի ամուսնության հինգ տարին հետաքրքիր ու խորհրդանշական բնույթ է կրել դեռ երեկվանից: Նրանք երկրորդ անգամ են պսակադրվել, իսկ պատճառների մասին դերասան Ա. Բաբասյանը պատմել է Life.panorama.am-ին:
 
«Ամռանը Լիլիթը լողավազանում միամտաբար կորցրել էր մեր ամուսնական մատանին ու բավականին ծանր էր տանում  այդ փաստը: Նա անվերջ խոսում էր այդ մասին, անգամ ասում, թե դա կարող է վատ նշան լինել ու մենք կարող ենք ամուսնալուծվել: Եվ չնայած ես անվերջ համոզում ու բացատրում էի Լիլիթին, որ մատանու կորուստը ոչինչ նշանակել չի կարող, այնուամենայնիվ, նա շատ էր սրտնեղում: Իհարկե, ես պետք է կրկին կնոջս մատանի նվիրեի, սակայն, եթե դա հասարակ կերպով մատուցեի, գուցե այնքան էլ հետաքրքիր չլիներ: Ես սիրում եմ անընդհատ զարմացնել կնոջս, եւ սա էլ բացառություն չեղավ,- պատմեց դերասանն ու շարունակեց.
 
«Ընկերներիս օգնությամբ կայացավ անակնկալս: Նախապես ամեն ինչ արել էինք, որպեսզի Լիլիթը թեկուզ մի փոքր չկասկածեր: Լիլիթն Անահիտ Սիմոնյանի օգնությամբ եկավ Սուրբ Աննա եկեղեցի, որտեղ արդեն ես էի նրան սպասում` հարսանեկան ծաղկեփնջով, ճերմակ քողով եւ ամուսնական մատանիով: Հույս ունեմ, որ կինս այլեւս կմոռանա մատանու կորստի մասին: Ի դեպ` եկեղեցու ընտրությունը եւս պատահական չէր: Ես պարտադիր ուզում էի, որ մեզ օրհներ Տեր Զենոն քահանան, ով հինգ տարի առաջ պսկաադրել է մեզ, նաեւ մկրտել է որդուս: Նրա ամեն մի խոսքն ինձ համար կշիռ ու ուժ ունի»:
