Այսօր ՀՀ ԱԺ-ում ճեպազրույցների ժամին ՀՅԴ խմբակցության քարտուղար Աղվան Վարդանյանն իր խոսքում նշեց, որ առողջապահության ոլորտում ակնկալվող բարեփոխումներում տեսնում է դրական միտումներ: «Այդ բարեփոխումները բխելու են քաղաքացու շահերից: Մեր համակարգը հնարավորություն է տվել նախքան բյուջեի վերաբերյալ այս քննարկումները յուրաքանչյուր հանձնաժողովի ներսում կազմակերպել քննարկումներ: Առողջապահության եւ սոցիալական հարցերի հանձնաժողովը երկու առանձին նիստ է նվիրել այդ ոլորտի բյուջեին: Առաջին տպավորությամբ կարող եմ ասել, որ ինձ համար, ցավոք, վերջին տարիներին գոնե բյուջեի հիմնական ցուցանիշը եղել է ընթացիկ եւ կապիտալ ծախսերի հարաբերակցությունը: Եվ ցավոք, վերջին տարիներին մենք անընդհատ կապիտալ ծախսերի շատ փոքր չափաբաժին էինք ունենում եւ ընթացիկ ծախսերի կայուն իրավիճակ: Տեղյակ եք, որ գալիք տարի հարյուր մլրդ դրամով ավելանալու է բյուջեն, որից յոթանասուն մլրդը գնալու է դեպի կապիտալ ծախսեր, իսկ առանց այդ ծախսերի իրականացման, առանց կապիտալ ներդրումների զարգացում ակնկալել հնարավոր չէ»,-ասաց Աղվան Վարդանյանը՝ ընդգծելով, որ համակարծիք է կառավարության հետ այն հարցի շուրջ, որ գալիք տարիները լինելու են տնտեսական իրավիճակը կայունացնող տարիներ, ինչը հիմք պետք է ստեղծի հետագա զարգացման համար:

Ըստ Ա. Վարդանյանի` բարեփոխումները թույլ կտան տնտեսական աճն այնպիսի տոկոսների հասցնել, որը հնարավորություն կտա մեր հիմնարար խնդիրներին մոտենալ, դրանք են` աշխատավարձերը եւ թոշակները: «Այս առումով կառավարությունը համարձակ փոփոխությունների է գնացել»,-նշեց ՀՅԴ խմբակցության քարտուղարը` հավելելով, որ կարեւոր է ոչ միայն զուտ ֆինանսական հնարավորությունների, այլեւ կառավարման արդյունավետության մեծացումը:
