Թուրքիայի ընդդիմադիր Ժողովրդադեմոկրատական կուսակցության անդամ, խորհրդարանի հայազգի պատգամավոր Կարո Փայլանը երկրի 2018 թվականի բյուջեի քննարկումների ժամանակ կոշտ քննադատության է ենթարկել երկրի իշխանություններին՝ նոր բյուջեի փաթեթն անվանելով «անարդար ու անխիղճ»:

Ինչպես գրում է demokrathaber.org կայքը, Փայլանը հայտարարել է, որ պետության նախաձեռնած նոր հարկային քաղաքականության արդյունքում երկրում ծանր դրության մեջ է հայտնվում միջին և ավելի ցածր եկամուտ ունեցող քաղաքացին, որից գանձված հարկերն, ըստ Փայլանի, պետությունն օգտագործում է ոչ թե խաղաղություն ու կայունություն հաստատելու, այլ միմիայն անվտանգության ոլորտն ընդլայնելու համար:

«Մեր հարկերը լավ բանի համար չեք ծախսում, C-400 հակահրթիռային համակարգեր գնելու համար եք ծախսում: Անվտանգության ոլորտում դրամական միջոցների ծախսման անհավատալի աճ կա, դրա փոխարեն եթե խաղաղասիրական քաղաքականություն վարեիք ձեր հարևանների հետ՝ այդ զենքերի կարիքը չէր լինի», - ասել է Փայլանը:

Ըստ նրա՝ պետության նախաձեռնած նոր հարկային քաղաքականության պատճառով երկրում «հարուստն է՛լ ավելի կհարստանա, աղքատն է՛լ ավելի կաղքատանա»:

Ինչպես ավելի վաղ հայտնել է tert.am-ը՝ Փայլանը շաբաթներ առաջ քննադատել էր Թուրքիայի իշխանությունների հարկային նոր քաղաքականությունն ու կոչ արել ժողովրդին բոյկոտել այն ու չվճարել հարկերը:

Փայլանն ընդվզել էր փոխվարչապետ Մեհմեդ Շիմշեքի այն հայտարարությանը, թե պաշտպանության ոլորտում նոր 18 մլրդ լիրայանոց հիմնադրամի ստեղծման համար պետությունը չի ցանկանում արտաքին պարտքեր անել, և այդ գումարը նախընտրում է կուտակել քաղաքացիների վճարած հարկերի հաշվին: Այսպիսով՝ քաղաքացիներից գանձվող եկամտահարկը կաճի մոտ 3 տոկոսով:
