ՀՀ Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանի տիկնոջ՝ Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանի նախորդ գրառման շուրջ կրքերը դեռ չէին հանդարտվել, երբ նա կատարեց իր երկրորդ գրառումը։ Նախորդ գրառմանն հիշեցնենք, որ անդրադարձել էր նույնիսկ ՊՆ խոսնակ Արծրուն Հովհաննիսյանը։ Իհարկե, տիկինը չէր նշել, որ հենց Վիգեն Սարգսյանին ի նկատի ունի, բայց ինչպես ասում են, ՊՆ-ն իր վրա էր վերցրել այս ամենը։

Իրականում ի՞նչ է ասում Ռուզաննա Խաչատրյանը։ Նա պատասխան է տալիս մի ամբողջ համակարգի փոխարեն։ Մի պահ վերանանք այն հանգամանքից, որ նա գեղեցիկ նկարներ է հրապարակում, բավականին էսթետ կին է և իր շուրջ մեծ աղմուկ է հանել։ Վերանանք նաև այն հանգամանքից, որ նա Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարի կինն է։ Իրականում մենք գիտենք, որ Հայաստանում, շատ քիչ մասն է բանակից ազատվում ուսումնական տարկետման իրավունքով։ Հիմնական մասն ազատվում են առողջական խնդիրների «պատճառով»։ Այդ պատճառները խիստ հարաբերական են։ Իրականում նա բարձրաձայնում է հարց, որի պատասխանը մինչ օրս խուսափում են տալ։

Այստեղ կարևոր չէ, նրա պնդումը Վիգեն Սարգսյանին է վերաբերվում, թե մեկ այլ պաշտոնյայի։ Նրա պնդման հիմքում ընկած է համակարգային խնդիր։ Ով-ով, բայց նա հաստատապես ունի այդ պնդումն անելու իրավունք։ Թեկուզ այն պատճառով, որ ամուսինը ոչ միայն մասնակցել է ռազմական գործողությունների, այլ նաև հետո՝ վիրավորում ունենալով հանդերձ, դուրս չի եկել համակարգից առողջապահական խնդիրների պատճառաբանությամբ։ Մնացել է այդ համակարգում և աշխատել։

Իսկ նրա վերջին գրառումն արդեն ծաղր էր համակարգի հանդեպ։ Ի մասնավորի տիկին Խաչատրյանը գրում է. «Փնտրվող պաշտոնյայի արտաքին նկարագրողական մի քանի դետալներ․ փորի մեծությամբ առջևից հիշեցնում է հղիության 7-8 ամսում գտնվող կնոջ, իսկ շրթունքները նման են Քիմ Քարդաշյանի շրթունքներին:
Ենթադրում եմ, որ իմ գրառմանը անդրադարձած գերատեսչությունում շուտով կսկսեն անտրոպոմետրիկ չափումներ իրականացնել և լրագրողների հարցապնդումներին կպատասխանեն, որ նման արտաքինով մարդ իրենց մոտ չի աշխատում, կամ փորի մեծությունը համապատասխանում է ոչ թե 7-8, այլ 5-6 ամսական հղիության»:

Ինչպես ասում են, գնդակն իշխանական դաշտում է։ Տեսնենք, թե ինչպե՞ս կարձագանքեն այս գրառմանը իշխանական թևի ներկայացուցիչները։ Միգուցե այս անգամ էլ նախագահի խոսնակն անդրադառնա՞։
