ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանն ընդունել է «Նաիրի» բժշկական կենտրոնի անգիոնևրոլոգիայի կլինիկայի ղեկավար Հենրի Բակունցին, «Գրանթ Թորնթոն» ընկերության տնօրեն Գագիկ Գյուլբուդաղյանին ու ընկերության մենեջեր Նաիրա Դերձյանին: Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են նաև ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր նյարդավիրաբույժ, «Հերացի» թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի նյարդավիրաբուժության և գլխուղեղի կաթվածների բուժման մասնագիտացված կենտրոնի ղեկավար Ռուբեն Ֆանարջյանը, ՀՀ ԱՆ գլխավոր սրտաբան, «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ սրտաբանական կենտրոնի ղեկավար Համլետ Հայրապետյանը,  Ռազմավարական նախաձեռնությունների կենտրոնից Մարիամ Հովհաննիսյանը: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

Հյուրերը խոսել են Հայաստանում նոր՝ «Stroke», բժշկական կենտրոնի ստեղծման անհրաժեշտության մասին, ներկայացրել բիզնես ծրագիր։ Հենրի Բակունցը նշել է, որ մեր երկրում գլխուղեղի կաթվածի և սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդությունների տարեցտարի աճող միտումը և դրանց հետևանքով մահացության բարձր մակարդակն անհրաժեշտություն են ստեղծում մեկ կենտրոնացված մասնագիտացված բժշկական կենտրոն ունենալու։ 

«Առաքելությունը՝ ապահովել եվրոպական չափանիշներին համապատասխան բժշկական ծառայություններ, մրցակցային առավելությունը՝ մեկ վայրում կենտրոնացված մասնագիտացված բժշկական ծառայությունների մատուցումն է միաժամանակ մեծ թվով հիվանդների համար, ինչը առանձնահատուկ առաջարկ է նաև տարածաշրջանի համար, ուստի ակնկալվում է, որ հիվանդների թվում կլինեն ինչպես Հայաստանի քաղաքացիներ, այնպես էլ հարևան երկրներից այցելուներ»,- մանրամասնել է Նաիրա Դերձյանը։

Նշենք, որ գլխուղեղի կաթվածի և սրտի իշեմիկ հիվանդությունների բուժման ծառայություններն այսօր Հայաստանում իրականացվում են «Հերացի» թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոցի նյարդավիրաբուժության և գլխուղեղի կաթվածների բուժման մասնագիտացված կենտրոնում և «Էրեբունի» ԲԿ սրտաբանական կենտրոնում` ապահովելով տարեկան գրեթե 600 պացիենտի բուժօգնություն: Մինչդեռ վիճակագրական տվյալների համաձայն` հանրապետությունում առաջնային օղակում տարեկան գրանցվում է ուղեղի անոթային հիվանդությունների շուրջ 5800 դեպք:

Լևոն Ալթունյանը երկու սկզբունք է կարևորել՝ ինչ կտա այն պետությանը և կան արդյոք երաշխիքներ, որ տվյալ հիվանդության ու մահացության ցուցանիշը մեր երկրում կնվազի: Նախարարը հանձնարարել է գնահատել արդյունավետությունը պետության շահի տեսանկյունից՝ մասնավորապես վերլուծելով իրագործման սոցիալական ազդեցությունը, ինչպես նաև ներկայացնել իրականացված շուկայական վերլուծության մանրամասները:
