Նախարար Մանուկյանը ՀՀ-ում ՄԹ վարչապետի ներկայացուցչի հետ քննարկել է էներգետիկայի և ընդերքի համագործակցության հարցեր

ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը նոյեմբերի 9-ին հանդիպել է Հայաստանում Միացյալ Թագավորության վարչապետի առևտրի և ներդրումների հարցերով ներկայացուցիչ Մարկ Փրիթչարդին։ Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև ՀՀ-ում Միացյալ Թագավորության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան  Ջուդիթ Ֆորնուորթը: Քննարկվել են էներգետիկայի և ընդերքի ոլորտներում համագործակցության հնարավորությունները։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ նախարարը կարևորել է Հայաստանում Միացյալ Թագավորության վարչապետի առևտրի և ներդրումների հարցերով ներկայացուցչի  նշանակման փաստը, համոզմունք հայտնելով, որ այն կնպաստի երկու երկրների միջև առևտրատնտեսական կապերի ամրապնդմանն ու խորացմանը։ Հյուրերի խնդրանքով Աշոտ Մանուկյանը ներկայացրել է ոլորտի գերակայությունները։ Նշվել է, որ երկրի էներգետիկ անվտանգության ամրապնդման նպատակով խնդիր է դրված առաջիկա մի քանի տարիներին ներքին վերակագնվող աղբյուրներից էլեկտրաէներգիայի արտադրության տեսակարար կշիռը հասցնել սպառման 50 տոկոսին։

-Այդ առումով առաջնային է համարվում հատկապես արևային և ջրային ռեսուրսների առավելագույնս օգտագործումը,- նշել է նախարարը։

Գերակայությունների թվում Աշոտ Մանուկյանն առանձնացրել է նաև ընդերքի ոլորտը, որտեղ առաջին քայլերն են արվում «պատասխանատու» հանքարդյունաբերության քաղաքականության ներդրման համար։

-Այստեղ խնդիր ունենք ներգրավելու այնպիսի ներդրողների, ովքեր պատասխանատու վերաբերմունք կդրսևորեն ոլորտի նկատմամբ,- ասել է Աշոտ Մանուկյանը։

Որպես «պատասխանատու հանքարդյունաբերողի» օրինակ առանձնացվել է «Լիդիան» ընկերությունը, որը, Աշոտ Մանուկյանի խոսքով, Հայաստան ներուծեց նոր գործարար մշակույթ և կորպորատիվ կառավարման առաջադեմ մոտեցումներ:

Նախարարը հյուրերին տեղեկացրել է տնտեսության այդ ճյուղում իրականացվող քայլերի և սպասվող նախաձեռնությունների մասին։

Կարևորվել է համագործակցությունը նաև կադրերի պատրաստման ոլորտում։ 

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Մարկ Փրիթչարդը հաճելի է համարել լսել արտաքին հատվածից ներդրումներ ներգրավելու ուղղությամբ Հայաստանի կառավարության նպատակադրումների մասին։ Նշվել է, որ Միացյալ Թագավորությունը հետաքրքրված է մեր երկրի հետ առևտրաներդրումային ոլորտներում համագործակցությամբ։  

Հանդիպման մասնակիցները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել շարունակել քննարկումները՝ հետագա փոխգործակցության ուղղությամբ։
