Հուսանք, որ Ժնեւում Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպման արդյունքում գրանցված կառուցողական մթնոլորտը բանակցություններում կպահպանվի։ Այս մասին ասել է ԵԱՀԿ–ում ՌԴ մշտական  ներկայացուցիչ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշեւիչը՝ ելույթ ունենալով ԵԱՀԿ Մշտական խորհրդի նիստում՝ ի պատասխան ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ելույթի։

Նրա խոսքով՝ Ժնեւում Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների՝ երկարատեւ դադարից հետո կայացած հանդիպումը ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահների՝ Բաքվում, Երեւանում եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղում ակտիվ շփումների միջոցով գործադրված միջնորդական ջանքերի նկատելի արդյունքն է։ «Կարեւոր է, որ գագաթնաժողովի արդյունքում կողմերը պայմանավորվել են ակտիվացնել բանակցային գործընթացը։ Վստահ ենք, որ դա կնպաստի կողմերի միջեւ հետագա վստահության բարձրացմանը եւ որպես արդյունք՝ կարգավորման էական բնագավառներում փոխզիջման առաջմղմանը։ Հուսանք, որ Ժնեւում Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի նախագահների հանդիպման արդյունքում գրանցված կառուցողական մթնոլորտը բանակցություններում կպահպանվի։ Ակնկալում ենք՝ մինչեւ տարեվերջ պլանավորված՝ Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարարների հետ համանախագահների հանդիպումն արդյունավետ կլինի»,– ասել է դիվանագետը։

Լուկաշեւիչը նշել է, որ Ռուսաստանը ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահ եռյակի մյուս անդամների հետ պատրաստ է շարունակել աջակցություն ցուցաբերել կողմերին փոխընդունելի կոնսենսուս գտնելու հարցում՝ հանուն ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման։ «Հույս ունենք, որ համանախագահների հետ առաջիկա շփումները լրացուցիչ խթան կհանդիսանան այս հին հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման  համար»,– ասել է նա։

Նրա խոսքով՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների միջնորդական առաքելության արդյունավետության անհրաժեշտ պայմաններից է տարածաշրջանում խաղաղությանն ու կայունությանն աջակցելը: Սրա հետ կապված բարձր ենք գնահատում շփման գծում լարվածության թուլացման լրացուցիչ միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկելու կողմերի պարտավորությունը: «Հույս ունենք, որ հնարավորինս արագ կհամաձայնեցվի ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցչի գրասենյակի ընլայնման ալգորիթմը՝ այն սխեմայի հիման վրա, որը թույլ կտա որակապես ավելացնել տարածաշրջանում իրավիճակի դիտարկման հնարավորությունները: Շփման գծում եւ ադրբեջանա-հայկական սահմանին կայունության շահերին կահամապատասխաներ նաեւ  հակամարտության գոտում զինված միջադեպերի հետաքննության համատեղ մեխանիզմի մշակումն ավարտելը: Այս սկզբունքային համաձայնությունների կյանքի կոչումը թույլ կտար ամրապնդել կողմերի երկխոսության դրական մթնոլորտը եւ լրացուցիչ կխթաներ բանակցային գործընթացը»:
