Օրերս եռօրյա աշխատանքային այցով, Եվրոպայի Պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների պաշտոնական հրավերով, ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությոյւնը գտնվում էր Բելգիայի Թագավորությունում: Տեղի ունեցած մեկ տասնյակից ավել քաղաքական հանդիպումներից առավել ուշագրավը Եվրոխորհրդարանի նիստերի գլխավոր դահլիճում կայացած Եվրոպայի Պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների խմբակցության նիստն էր, որին մասնակցում էր նաև Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը: 
Քննարկվելիք քաղաքական և տնտեսական օրակարգային թեմաներին համահունչ, ծավալուն ելույթով հանդես եկավ նաև ԲՀԿ նախագահն, ով իր խոսքում մի շարք կարևոր շեշտադրումներ կատարեց կապված Հայաստան-ԵՄ փոխհարաբերությունների խորացմանն ու ապագայում նոր իրավական փաստաթղթի ստորագրման վերաբերյալ: Անկասկած նմանատիպ հանդիպումներն ու փոխհամագործակցություններն իրենց պտուղներն են տալիս նաև խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության բլոկում, քանի որ հարաբերությունների կառուցման հիմնաքարը հենց անմիջական և ազատ շփումներն են՝ երկու կառույցների ազդեցիկ և ներկայանալի անդամների միջև, որի ժամանակ շատ գաղափարներ են ծնվում ապագայում դրանք կիրառելի դարձնելու և սեփական պետության համար անհրաժեշտ պտուղները քաղելու համար:
Այս ամենի հետ մեկտեղ, ԲՀԿ առաջնորդը առիթը բաց չթողեց նման բարձրադիր ամբիոնից բարձրաձայնելու Հայաստանի և հայ ժողովրդի համար կարևորագույն թեմաներից Արցախի խնդրի մասին: Սա կարևորագույն քայլ է ինչի արդյունքում մարդիկ, ովքեր հետաքրքրվածություն ունեն այս հարցում կկարողանան ավելի հստակ և տեսանելի պատկերացում կազմել իրավիճակի վերաբերյալ:Ինչը այս պարագայում բնականաբար ձեռնտու է հենց Հայաստանին, քանզի մենք միտված չենք խնդիրը լուծել ուժի ճանապարհով, մեր պետության բուն նպատակը, այն խաղաղ, բանակցային ճանապարհով լուծելն է, ինչի արդյունքում Արցախի բնակչության ինքնորոշման հարցը կստանա իր տրամաբանական վերջակետը, իսկ դրա նախապայմանը, ճիշտ ներկայացվածությունն է : Պատահական չեն, դեռ ավելին անգամ ցանկալի են կարևորագույն փաստաթղթի ստորագրման նախաշեմին նմանատիպ հանդիպումներն ու ջերմ,ընկերական հարաբերությունների կառուցումը, ինչը հետագայում ևս կարևոր նշանակություն կունենա Հայաստան-ԵՄ փոխհարաբերությունների գրագետ և արդյունավետ կառուցման համար:
Ահա նմանատիպ քայլերով է պետք առաջ շարժվել, ինչի արդյունքում էլ յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքական ուժ կկարողանա էլ ավելի ամրապնդել և խորացնել Հայաստան-ԵՄ հարաբերությունները:
Հիշեցնենք, որ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքի և Եվրոպայի պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի միջև համագործակցությունը սկսել դեռ վաղուց:Իսկ Ապրիլի 2-ին Հայաստանում անցկացվելիք խորհրդարանի ընտրություններին ընդառաջ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքին աջակցություն հայտնելու և հաղթանակ մաղթելու նպատակով Հայաստան էին ժամանել Եվրոպայի պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի պատվիրակությունը՝ նախագահ Յան Զահրադիլի և Եվրոպական խորհրդարանի փոխնախագահ Ռիչարդ Չարնեցկու գլխավորությամբ: Նրանց միացել էին նաև աջ կենտրոնամետ քաղաքական գործիչներ՝ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներից:
