Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը լուրջ ներդրում ունեցավ Հայաստան-Եվրոմիություն հարաբերությունների խորացման գործում

Պետությունների միջև հարաբերությունները զարգանում են ոչ միայն պետական մարմիների միջև պաշտոնական շփումների, այլ նաև պետությունների քաղաքական ուժերի և շրջանակների միջև հարաբերությունների ստեղծման և ընդլայնման շնորհիվ։ Լինելով չկաշկանդված դիվանագիտական կանոնակարգերով և նորմերով՝ այդ հարաբերությունները դառնում են ավելի անմիջական և ջերմ, հիմնվելով միջանձնային փոխհարաբերությունների և հաճախ նաև ընկերական ջերմության վրա։ Իրենց հերթին այդպիսի հարաբերությունները նպաստում են երկու պետությունների միջև հարաբերությունների խորացմանը։
Հենց այդ սկզբունքով է առաջնորդվում ԲՀԿ նախագահ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը, որը մշտապես ստեղծում և ամրապնդում է նոր քաղաքական կապեր Եվրոպայի տարբեր քաղաքական ուժերի և քաղաքական շրջանակների հետ։ 
Օրեր առաջ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորած ԲՀԿ պատվիրակությունը աշխատանքային եռօրյա այցով Բրյուսելում էր։ Այցի գերհագեցած օրակարգը հուշում էր, որ ԲՀԿ պատվիրակությունը սպասված հյուր է Եվրոպայի մի շարք միջազգային կազմակերպությունների և քաղաքական ուժերի համար։ 
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը առաջին օրը հանդիպեց Բելգիայի հայ համայանքի հետ։ Հանդիպումը անցավ ջերմ և անմիջական մթլոնորոտում, Բրյուսելի Սուրբ Մարիամ Մագդաղենացի եկեղեցում։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը խաչ նվիրեց եկեեցուն և խոստացաավ լուծել բելգիահայ համայնքին հուզող բոլոր խնդիրները։
Այցի մնացած մասը ուներ քաղաքական բովանդակություն և անցավ Եվրոպայի քաղաքական ուժերի, Եվրոխորհրդարանի պատգամավորների, հանձնակատարների և տարբեր հանձնաժողովների ղեկավարների հետ հանդիպումներով։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը մասնակցեց Եվրոպայի Պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի նիստին։ Նիստի ժամանակ իր ծավալուն ելույթի ընթացքում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը անդրադարձավ Հայաստանի և Եվրոմիության հարաբերություններին, առաջիկայում ստորագրվելիք Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված համագործակցության համաձայնագրին, և այլ հարցերի։ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի ելույթում և դրան հաջորդած երկկողմանի հանդիպումներում մեծ և առանձնահատուկ տեղ էր հատկացվում նաև Արցախի հիմնախնդրին և դրա կարգավորման գործըթնացին։ 
Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը իր ելույթում առաջարկեց նաև, որպեսզի Եվրոպայի Պահպանողականների և ռեֆորմիստների դաշինքի խորհրդի հաջորդ նիստը կայանա Հայաստանում։
Նիստից հետո ԲՀԿ պատվիրակությունը Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորությամբ շարունակեց երկկողմ հանդիպումները Եվրոպայի կարկառուն քաղաքական և պետական գործիչների հետ։ Երկկողմանի հանդիպումներում նույնպես քննարկվում էին Հայաստան - Եվրոմիություն հարաբերությունները, առաջիկայում ստորագրվելիք Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված համագործակցության համաձայնագիրը, Հայաստանի և Եվրոպայի միջև հարաբերություների այլ կարևոր հարցեր։ Բոլոր հանդիպումներում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը առանձնահատուկ շեշտադրում էր Արցախի հիմախնդիրը և պատրաստակամություն հայտնում անձամբ կազմակերպել բոլոր շահագրգիռ և խնդրով հետաքրքրված եվրոպացի գործիչների այցը Արցախ՝ տեղում իրավիճակին ծանոթանալու համար։
Եվրոպայի Խորհրդարանում անցկացված հանդիպումներից հետո Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը հանդիպեց նաև Բելգիայի խորհրդարանի ներկայացուցիչների պալատի փոխնախագահ Ֆրեդերիկ Անդրեի հետ, որի հետ նույնպես քննարկվեցին քաղաքական հարցերի լայն շրջանակ։ Ջերմ մթնոլորտում անցած քննարկման վերջում Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը Ֆրեդերիկ Անդրեին հրավիրեց այցելել Հայաստան։ 
Ամփոփելով պետք է նշենք, որ պետությունների և միջազգային կառույցների հարաբերությունները ստեղծվում են ոչ միայն պաշտոնական դիվանագիտական խողովակներով, այլ նաև միջանձնային անմիջական հարաբերություննեորվ, իսկ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը առաջնորդվում է հենց այդ սկզբունքով՝ մշտապես ստեղծելով նոր հարաբերություններ տարբեր շրջանակների և կառույցների հետ և խորացնելով դրանք։
