Երեկ՝ նոյեմբերի 12-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Արմավիրի մարզում։

Ժամը 05։40-ի սահմաններում Վաղարշապատի բժշկական կենտրոնից Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին հայտնել են, որ «ձախ վերին վերջույթի, բազուկի և կրծքավանդակի հետին մակերեսի կտրած-ծակած վերքեր» ախտորոշմամբ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել մի աղջիկ։ Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, հիվանդանոց են մեկնել Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Գևորգ Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ոստիկանները պարզել են, որ վիրավորը Արագածոտնի մարզի Աղձք գյուղի բնակիչ, սակայն Աշտարակ քաղաքի Չարենց թաղամասում հաշվառված 27-ամյա Աստղիկ Գ.-ն է, ով հայտնել է, որ տաքսի ավտոմեքենայից մեկն իջել է և դանակը ձեռքին հարձակվել է իր վրա, ինչի պատճառով էլ ինքը վնասվածքներ է ստացել։

Ֆոտոլրագրողը հայտնում է, որ Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության ծառայողները՝ վարչության պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Արսեն Այվազյանի գլխավորությամբ, Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության հետաքննչական և համայնքային ոստիկանության բաժանմունքի ծառայողները՝ բաժնի պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Գ. Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ պարզել են, որ նույն օրը, ժամը 01։00-ի սահմաններում Արագածոտնի մարզի Ագարակ գյուղի վարչական տարածքում 30-ամյա Ռաֆայել Գյարաքյանը իր ընկերոջ՝ 36-ամյա Արտակ Խուդոյանի հետ Ռաֆայելին պատկանող Mercedes մակնիշի 85 RA 005 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայով կանգնեցրել են Ա. Գրիգորյանին և նրա քրոջը՝ 24-ամյա Լուսինե Գրիգորյանին տեղափոխող տաքսի ավտոմեքենան, ինչից հետո Ռաֆայելն ու Արտակը բռնի ուժ գործադրելով՝ իրենց կամքին հակառակ իջեցրել են ավտոմեքենայից և նստեցնելով իրենց Mercedes-ը, ուղղություն են վեցրել դեպի Վաղարշապատ քաղաք։ Ճանապարհի ողջ ընթացքում նրանք ծեծի են ենթարկել քույրերին, այնուհետև Զվարթնոց թաղամասում Լ. Գրիգորյանը կարողացել է ավտոմեքենայի դուռը բացել և իրեն դուրս նետել, իսկ Ա. Գրիգորյանին նրանք տեղափոխել են Վաղարշապատ քաղաքի Տերյան փողոց, որտեղ Ռ. Գյարաքյանը իր մոտ եղած սուր կտրող-ծակող առարկայով դանակահարել է Ա. Գրիգորյանին։

Ոստիկանության Արմավիրի մարզային վարչության, Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնի քրեական հետախուզության բաժանմունքի ծառայողների կողմից ձեռնարկված օպերատիվ-հետախուզական գործողությունների արդյունքում Ռ. Գյարաքյանը, Ա. Խուդոյանը և 48-ամյա Հարություն Գյարաքյանը բերման են ենթարկվել Ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին։ Փաստի առթիվ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Արմավիրի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վաղարշապատի քննչական բաժնում նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։
