Պատրաստման եղանակը

Քայլ 1․ Հարել փափկացրած կարագը շաքարի հետ։ Ավելացրեք ալյուրը կակաոին և խառնեք։ Դրեք այդ ամենը պատրաստած ֆորմայի մեջ, ծակծկել պատառաքաղով ամբողջ վերին շերտը և դնել սառնարանում 10-15 րոպե։

Քայլ 2․ Մինչև հիմնական խմորը սառում է, տաքացրեք ջեռոցը 180 աստիճանի տակ։ Դրեք ֆորման ջեռոցի մեջ և եփեք 20 րոպե, մինչև ամրանա և ստանա թեթև շականակագույն գույն (շատ չեփեք)։
Քայլ 3․ Հանեք, թողեք ամբողջովին սառի։ Այնուհետև քսեք խտացրած կաթը հավասար շերտով։ Դրեք այն սառնարանում մեկ ժամ։
Քայլ 4․ Շոկոլադե շերտի համար՝ լցրեք շոկոլադը ամանի մեջ և պահեք գոլորշու վրա։ Ավելացրեք փափկացրած կարագ, խառնեք այնքան ժամանակ մինչև ստանաք միատարր զանգված և վերին շերտի վրա լցրեք խտացրած կաթ, հավասարացրեք և նորից դրեք սառնարանի մեջ։ Երբ շոկոլադը կսառի կտրեք այն չափաբաժինների։
