«Լավագույն մանկավարժ» հասարակական կազմակերպության հրավիրած հերթական համաժողովում տեղի է ունեցել  «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության զարգացման մինչև 2030 թվականի պետական ծրագրին» նվիրված մասնագիտական քննարկումը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, համաժողովի մասնակիցներին ողջունել և կողմնորոշիչ ելույթով հանդես է եկել  ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Մանուկ Մկրտչյանը:

ԿԳ նախարարի տեղակալի խոսքով հիմնական խնդիրներից մեկը, որը դրված է ՀՀ կրթության զարգացման մինչև 2030 թվականի պետական ծրագրում կրթության ինքնազարգացումն է. «Ինքնազարգացումը դժվարին, սակայն կարևոր առաքելություն է: Ցանկացած բարդ խնդրի լուծում պահանջում է բանաձև և ճիշտ հաշվարկ: Կրթության զարգացման պետական ծրագիրը նախատեսված է մինչև 2030 թվականի համար: Առաջիկա 13 տարիների զարգացումը կանխատեսելու համար մենք անպայման պիտի վերլուծենք նաև անցած 13 տարիների անցած ճանապարհն ու կրթության համակարգի կենսագրությունը:

Մենք որոշակի բախում և հակասություն ունենք մտածողության և գործունեության ասպարեզներում: Եթե խոսքը մտածողության մասին է, ապա այստեղ հանդուրժողականությունը վտանգավոր և անգամ կործանարար է: Գործունեության պարագայում ճիշտ հակառակն է՝ այստեղ անհրաժեշտ է  հանդուրժողականություն: Ճշմարտությունը ծնվում է այս երկու մոտեցումների համադրումից:

Մենք պետք է հստակ արձանագրենք, թե ինչ էինք ուզում անցած 10 տարվա կրթության ծրագրով և ինչ ստացանք  փաստացի: Եթե ինչ-որ հարցերում չենք ստացել այն, ինչ ուզում էինք, պետք է նաև պատճառները հասկանանք»,- նշել է ԿԳ նախարարի տեղակալը և որպես օրինակ նշել դասագրքերի հարցը, որը հրատապ և խնդրահարույց էր ինչպես նախկինում, այնպես էլ այսօր: 

ԿԳ նախարարի տեղակալը համաժողովի մասնակիցներին ներկայացրել է նաև քննարկման  խմբային ձևաչափը: Աշխատանքային ենթախմբերը քննարկման արդյունքում պատասխանել են մի քանի հիմնական հարցադրումների՝ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության զարգացման մինչև 2030 թվականի պետական ծրագիրը» որքանով է արտացոլում ներկա իրավիճակի վճռորոշ հիմնախնդիրները, ծրագրում որքանով է արտացոլված կրթության հեռապատկերը, որոնք են ծրագրի իրականացման հիմքերն ու նպաստավոր հանգամանքները, որոնք՝ խոչընդոտները, ինչպես նաև լրամշակման կարիք ունեցող ծրագրային հատվածները:

Քննարկմանը մասնակցել են տարբեր մարզերի և Երևան քաղաքի հիմնական հանրակրթական և ավագ դպրոցների մասնագետներ:
