Պատրաստումը՝

Կոտրում ենք շոկոլադը կտորների և դնում ամանի մեջ, ավելացնում կարագ և խտացրած կաթ։

Ջրային գոլորշու վրա հալացնում ենք, խառնելով մինչև միատարր զանգված ստանալը։ Հանում ենք գոլորշու վրայից։
Ընկույզը խոշոր կոտրում ենք և ավելացնում շոկոլադի խառնուրդին ու խառնում։
Լցնում ենք խառնուրդը փայլաթիթեղով պատած տապակայի մեջ և սառացնում մինչև սենյակային ջերմատիճանը։

Այնուհետև դնում ենք սառնարանի մեջ մինչև պնդանալը։
Ստացված քաղցրավենիքը հանում ենք ֆորմայից և հեռացնում փայլաթիթեղը, կտրելով փոքր կտորների։
