Քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեում ներկայացվել են Տավուշի մարզի տարածական պլանավորման նախագծերը

 ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեում տեղի է ունեցել խորհրդակցություն՝ «Միկրոռեգիոնալ մակարդակի` համակցված տարածական պլանավորման փաստաթղթերի նախագծերի մշակման ծրագրի» իրականացման վերաբերյալ, որը վարել է Կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը:

Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցել են «Հայնախագիծ» ԲԲԸ մասնագետները և քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի ներկայացուցիչները: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի պատվիրատվությամբ և համակարգմամբ ՀՀ Տավուշի մարզի 55 համայնքների տարածքները ներառող 6 համակցված տարածական պլանավորման փաստաթղթերի մշակման գործընթացը, մասնավորաբար` Տավուշ-2, Տավուշ-3, Տավուշ-4 և Տավուշ-6 չափաբաժիններով նախատեսված նախագծերը:

Նախագծերի հեղինակները մանրամասն ներկայացրել են իրականացված աշխատանքը՝ կատարված փոփոխություններով և ելակետային ճշգրտումներով՝ Տավուշի մարզի գյուղական և քաղաքային համայնքների համակցված տարածական պլանավորման փաստաթղթերը, տարածքի հեռանկարային զարգացման հատակագծերը, ճանապարհատրանսպորտային, արտադրական, պաշտպանական, անվտանգության ենթակառուցվածքների հենակետային հատակագծերը, առաջարկվող լուծումները և ներդրումային ծրագրերը՝ խնդրո առարկա համայնքներում գյուղատնտեսության և արդյունաբերության, բնակչության զբաղվածության խնդիրների լուծման, ինչպես նաև՝ կրթամշակութային, մարզաառողջարանային և զբոսաշրջային ուղղությունների զարգացման համատեքստում:

Ամփոփելով ծավալված քննարկումը, Կոմիտեի ղեկավարն անդրադարձել է կատարված բազմաշերտ և համակողմանի աշխատանքներին, նշելով, որ այն ստատեգիական նշանակություն ունի և շատ կարևոր է նաև Տավուշի սահմանապահ և սահմանամերձ գյուղերի համար:

Միաժամանակ՝ աշխատանքի բնույթը նկատի առնելով, Ն. Սարգսյանն առաջարկել է դրանց հեղինակներին՝ առաջիկայում գրավոր ներկայացնել նախագծերում ներառված առաջարկությունները՝ շահագրգիռ և ճյուղային գերատեսչությունների հետ քննարկումներ անցկացնելու, ապա նաև՝ նախագծերն ու առաջարկությունները ՀՀ կառավարություն ներկայացնելու և սահմանված կարգով ընթացք տալու համար:
