ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը մասնակցել է Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության շենքի բացմանը

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը նոյեմբերի 29-ին աշխատանքային այցով մեկնել է Արարատ, որտեղ մասնակցել է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության նոր վարչական շենքի բացման արարողությանը։ Վարչական շենքի բացմանը ներկա են գտնվել նաև Արարատի մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանը, մարզի դատաիրավական ոլորտի պատասխանատուները։ ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահը շրջել է շենքում, ծանոթացել նոր աշխատանքային պայմաններին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին  ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից, Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ քաղաքի Մարքսի 15ա հասցեում գտնվող 500 քառ. մետր մակերեսով տարածքը ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտին ամրացվել է ՀՀ կառավարության 2017 թվականի մարտի 23-ի թիվ 302-Ա որոշմամբ։ Շենքն ամբողջությամբ վերանորոգվել է ՀՀ պետական բյուջեով հատկացված ֆինանսավորմամբ, որի համար նախատեսվել և ծախսվել է 18 մլն 707  հազ. 70 դրամ։

Քննչական վարչության նոր վարչական շենքը կահավորվել է, ապահովվել ժամանակակից տեխնիկայով, ինտերնետ-կապով և համակարգչային ներքին ցանցով: Տարածքն ունի 17 աշխատասենյակ, այդ թվում՝ անչափահասների հարցաքննության համար նախատեսված սենյակ, ճանաչման սենյակ, նիստերի դահլիճ:

«Քննիչի աշխատանքային պայմանների բարելավումը շատ կարևոր է, պետք է ստեղծվեն այնպիսի պայմաններ, որ նա օրենքով նախատեսված ծառայողական պարտականությունները կարողանա ավելի արդյունավետ կատարել։
 
Քննչական մարմինների խնդիրն է ապահովել ենթադրյալ հանցագործությունների կապակցությամբ նախաքննության կազմակերպումը և իրականացումը, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ քննությունը, և քննչական գործողությունների առանձնահատկություններով պայմանավորված նախատեսվում են առանձին մասնագիտացված քննչական սենյակներ, որոնք նպաստում են ապացույցների ձեռք բերման ընթացքում վարույթի մասնակիցների իրավունքների պաշտպանությանն ու ապացույցների անխոցելիությանը»,- ասել է ՀՀ ՔԿ նախագահ Աղվան Հովսեփյանը։

Աշխատանքային պարտականությունները բարեխղճորեն կատարելու համար, ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հրամանով, ՀՀ ՔԿ Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության պետ Գևորգ Սիմոնյանը պարգևատրվել է «Լավագույն քննիչ» մեդալով, երեք քննիչ պարգևատրվել են դրամական խրախուսմամբ՝ մեկ ամսվա աշխատավարձի չափով, ևս երեք քննիչի շնորհվել է արդարադատության կապիտանի կոչում:

ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի ձևավորման պահից հետևողական քայլեր են կատարվում՝ տարածքային ստորաբաժանումների աշխատանքային պայմանները բարելավելու ուղղությամբ։ Երեք տարիների ընթացքում հիմնանորոգվել են Քննչական կոմիտեի կենտրոնական, Սյունիքի, Կոտայքի, Արագածոտնի, Վայոց Ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունների, Արարատի մարզային քննչական վարչության Մասիսի քննչական բաժնի, Գեղարքունիքի մարզային քննչական վարչության Վարդենիսի և Մարտունու քննչական բաժինների, Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության Արթիկի քննչական բաժնի,  Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության, Արաբկիր և Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժինների շենքերը:
