Մարդկանց մեծամասնության մոտ եթերային յուղերը ասոցացվում են բացառապեր արոմաթերապիայի հետ։ Սակայն իրականում կան դրանց գործածության շատ այդ մեթոդներ, որոնց մասին գիտեն շատ քչերը, սակայն որոնք չափազանց օգտակար կլինեն ցանկացած մարդու համար։

BlogNews –ը Ձեզ համար հավաքել է եթերային յուղերի գործածման ամենահետաքրքիր տարբերակները, որոնք իմանալուց հետո դուք կշտապեք եթերային յուղեր գնել։

1. Անանուխի եթերային յուղը հեռացնում է ցավը

 

  • Գլխացավի դեպքում քսուքով տրորեք քունքերը՝ դրա մեջ ավելացնելով անանուխի եթերային յուղ:
  • Մենստրուալ ցավերի դեպքում մի քանի կաթի անանուխի եթերային յուղի ավելացրե չոր թեյի վրա, մի քանի րոպե սպասեք և թեյ եփեք դրանով:
  • Ատամնացավի դեպքում 2 – 3 կաթիլ անանուխի յուղ խառնեք բուսայուղի հետ, քսեք բամբակի վրա և դրեք ցավացող ատամին։

2. Կիտրոնի եթերային յուղը կօգնի նիհարել

 

  • Ուտելու ընթացքում կիտրոնի եթերային յուղը տարածեք սենյակում՝ օգտագործելով արոմալամպեր․ կրտրոնի բույրը նվազեցնում է ախորժակը։
  • Մի քանի կաթի կիտրոնի եթերայուղը խառնեք բուսայուղի հետ ու օգտագործեք որպես աղցանի հավելում․ դա կօգնի մաքրել աղեստամոքսային համակարգը։

3. Թեյի թառի յուղը կմաքրի Ձեր մաշկը

 

  • Ցանի դեմ պայքերի հիանալի միջոց․ 1:3 –ի հարաբերությամբ խառնեք կաստորային ու կտավատի յուղերը, վրան ավելացրեք 2 – 3 կաթիլ թեյի թառի յուղ և փոքր ինչ տրորելով քսեք մաշկին։ Հետո փոքրի ինչ տաքացրեք դեմքը տաք ջրի մեծ դրված սրբիչի գոլորշիով (4 – 5 անգամ)։ Դրանից հետո մաքրեք դեպքը սառը սրբիչով։
  • Եթե ոտքերի եղունգների սունկ ունեք, ապա վարակված հատվածները մշակեք թեյի ծառի մաքուր յուղով։
  • Հերպեսի դեպքում 2 – 3 կաթի թեյի թառի յուղը խառնեք յուղալի քսուքի հետ և հաստ շերտով տարածեք շուրթերին։

4. Եպնդեղի (նարդոս) յուղը հեռացնում է միջատներին

 

  • Եպնդեղի յուղը որպես օծանելիք օգտագործեք, երբ պատրաստվում եք քաղաքից դուրս գնալ։ Այս միջոցը անվնաս է երեխաների և հղի կանանց համար և հրաշալի կերպով վանում է մոծակներին ու այլ արնախում միջատներին։
  • Եթե Ձեր տանը ցեց է հայտնվել, ապա պահարաններում եպնդեղի յուղի մեջ թաթախված բամբակներ դրեք։

5. Ժասմինի յուղը՝ գեղեցիկ ու փայլուն մազերի համար

 

  • Ժասմինը ուժեղ ու բնական աֆրոդիզիակ է․ դրա յուղով արոմամոմերը ռոմանտիկ միջավայր կստեղծեն և կավելացնեն գրավչությունը։
  • Ժասմինի յուղ ավելացրեք մերսման յուղերի մեք․ ձեր մաշկն ավելի հարթ ու փափուկ կդառնա:
  • Ժասմինի յուղը սնում ու փափկեցնում է մազերը․ պարզապես 4 -5 կաթիլ այդ յուղից ավելարցրեք Ձեր շամպունի մեջ:

6. Էվկալիպտի յուղ՝ առողջության և իմունային համակարգի համար

 

  • Էվկալիպտի յուղը կօգնի ազատվել քիթ –կոկորդի շրջանի այտուցումից․ օգտագործեք 1 – 2՝ կաթիլ ողողումների և 3 – 4 կաթիլ՝ ինհալյացիաների ժամանակ։
  • Հազը թեթևացնելու համար լուծեք էվկալիպտի յուի 4 -5 կաթիլը սպիրտային հեղուկի մեջ և դրանով կոպրես դրեք։
  • Էվկալիպտի յուղը կարագեցնի կապտուկների ապաքինման գործընթացը, եթե որևէ բուսայուղի հետ միասին այն քսեք վնասված հատվածին և զգույշ մերսեք։

7. Եղևնու յուղը՝ տան մաքրության համար

 

  • Ցանկացած փշատերև ծառի յուղի բույրը հիանալի կերպով մաքրում և ախտահանում են օդը։ Պարզապես արոպայուղի մեջ թաթախեք բամբակի մի կտոր և փոշեկուլով կլանեք այն։ Դրանից հետո մաքրելու ժամանակ տանը լավ բույր կտարածվի։
  • Եղևնու յուղը կօգնի ազատվել տհաճ հոտերցի
  • Մի քանի կաթի եղևնու յուղ ավելացրեք սպասքի լվացման հեղուկին և վայելեք սպասքի անթերի մաքրությամբ։
