Երեկվա ՀՀԿ «գիտխորհրդի» նիստից հետո անհամբեր սպասել ենք կառավարության այսօրվա նիստին՝ լսելու մեր իշխանավորների հերթական դարակազմիկ որոշումների մասին: Այո, հերթական անգամ մեր իշխանությունները «հաճելիորեն» զարմացրին մեզ: Ստեղծվելու է «Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման և բարեփոխումների» նախարարություն, որը ենթադրաբար, ըստ իր անվանման մեջ առկա բառերի, զբաղվելու է տնտեսական ինտեգրման հարցերով, ձեռքի հետ էլ բարեփոխումներով է զբաղվելու: Հանճարեղ է, խոսք չկա ասելու… Միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրում… Հետաքրքիր է, պետության համար տնտեսական ինտեգրումը բացի միջազգայինից ուրիշ ինչ ձև է լինում? Բայց դա մի կողմ: Ավելի լավ ճիշտ չէ՞ր լինի նոր ստեղծվող նախարարությունը անվանեիք «տարածաշրջանային» կամ որ ավելի ճիշտ կհնչի՝ «Եվրասիական տնտեսական ինտեգրման և համապատասխանեցման» նախարարություն: Երրորդ դասարանի աշակերտին էլ պարզ է, թե ինչի համար է ստեղծվում այս նախարարությունը: Ինչ է նշանակում ստեղծել մի նախարարություն, որի պարտականությունները տարիներ շարունակ կատարել է էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը, հիմա ի՞նչ, էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունը ինչո՞վ է զբաղվելու...
Լավ, սա էլ մի կողմ, բա ՀՀԿ-ում մեկը չկա՞՝ կանգնի ասի՝ տղե՛րք, էսօր մեր հասարակությունը այլ կարիքներ, այլ խնդիրներ ունի, հիմա հեչ ժամանակը չի նոր նախարարություններ ստեղծելու, նոր ծախսեր կատարելու, եղած նախարարությունները լրիվ բավարար են ընթացիկ խնդիրները լուծելու համար, եկեք ուղեղներիս զոռ տանք՝ նոր ծրագրեր, նոր գաղափարներ, նոր լուծումներ և վերջապես խելամիտ քայլերի նախագծեր ստեղծլու համար, հերիք չէ մեր երկիրը առանց այն էլ մի լավ օրի չէ , էն Ռուսաստանն էլ այնտեղ է ճգնաժամի մեջ ընկնում՝ մեզ էլ հետը անդունդ , դրա մասին մտածենք… Չէ, էս մարդիկ լրիվ այլ իրականության մեջ են ապրում, էս մարդկանց բացարձակապես այլ խնդիրներ են հուզում: Լա՛վ, էսքան եսասեր, էսքան կույր, էսքան ցինիկ ո՞նց կարող եք լինել: Մի հատ փորձեք Ձեր ժողովրդի հետ ինտեգրվեք, այսօրվա իրականության հետ ինտեգրվեք, հետո ուրիշի «դագաղի» մեջ կինտեգրվեք….
Էս ամենը միայն մի բանի մասին է խոսում, ՀՀԿ-ն լրիվ իմպոտենտ կուսակցություն է, այո՛, լրիվ սպառված պոտենցիալով կուսակցություն է. փոխանակ ժողովրդին հաճույք պատճառի, ինքը ընկած դրսերում է հաճույք փնտրում…
