ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարի տեղակալ Խ․ Հակոբյանն աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Բրյուսելում (Բելգիայի Թագավորություն), մասնակցել է Տնտեսական համագործակցության և զարգացման կազմակերպության (OECD) նախաձեռնած  «Կանաչ գործողությունների ծրագրի» աշխատանքային խմբի եզրափակիչ խորհրդակցությանը:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են բարձրաստիճան պետական պաշտոնյաներ` Եվրոպական միության Արևելյան հարևանության գործընկերության ծրագրից, ԵՄ երկրներից, «Կանաչ գործողությունների ծրագրի»  ազգային համակարգողներ շրջակա միջավայրի և էկոնոմիկայի նախարարություններից և փորձագետներ: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ բնապահպանության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են կայուն սպառման և արտադրության հայեցակարգին և «կանաչ տնտեսության» սկզբունքների ինտեգրումն ազգային զարգացման ծրագրերին, ռազմավարական էկոլոգիական գնահատականի լայնածավալ օգտագործմանը, ազգային և միջազգային աղբյուրներից ֆինանսավորման աջակցության և մասնավոր հատվածի համար բնապահպանական ներդրումների ապահովման մեխանիզմներին վերաբերվող հարցեր:

Նախարարի տեղակալը ներկայացրել է «Աջակցություն «Վերականգնվող էներգիայի համագործակցության ծրագրին» (RECP) և Հայաստանում փոքր ու միջին ձեռնարկությունների անցմանը դեպի կանաչ տնտեսություն» վերնագրով զեկույցը, որտեղ մատուցվել է դեպի կանաչ տնտեսություն անցման ձեռքբերումները և քաղված դասերը: Հանդիպման ընթացքում անդրադարձ է եղել նաև Հայաստանի կողմից արձանագրված առաջընթացին:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև հետագա հնարավոր քայլերը` աջակցելու Արևելյան գործընկերության երկրների անցմանը դեպի «կանաչ» տնտեսություն, որը հնարավորություն կընձեռի բարելավել բնակչության բարեկեցությունը, կնվազեցնի սոցիալական անհավասարությունը, կիջեցնի էկոլոգիական ռիսկերը և կկանխի բնական ռեսուրսների սպառումը:
