Վարչապետը ներկայացրեց ցուցանիշներն ու ուղղությունները, որոնց հիման վրա պետք է մշակվեն մարզերի զարգացման ծրագրերը

Կառավարության  նիստում վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը նշեց, որ ներկայումս մարզպետների կողմից մշակվում են 2018 թվականի  գործունեության ծրագրերը: «Ուսումնասիրությունների արդյունքում վերհանվել են այն հիմնական ցուցանիշները և ուղղությունները, որոնք պետք է տեղ գտնեն համապատասխան ծրագրերի մեջ»,- ասաց վարչապետը։

Ելնելով վերոնշյալից՝ կառավարության ղեկավարը մարզպետներին հանձնարարեց 20-օրյա ժամկետում մշակել և Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարություն ներկայացնել յուրաքանչյուր մարզի տարեկան գործունեության ծրագիրը, որում առնվազն պետք է ներառվեն հետևյալ ցուցանիշները և ուղղությունները՝ մեկ շնչին ընկնող համայնքների սեփական եկամուտների աճը՝ 2017 թվականի համեմատ, համայնքներում աղբահանություն և սանիտարական մաքրման աշխատանքները ծաղսափակ եղանակով կատարելու համար անհրաժեշտ մակարդակի գանձումներ ապահովող ցուցանիշները և միջոցառումները, մարզում գյուղատնտեսական կլաստերների տարանջատում և դրանց հիման վրա ժամանակակից տեխնոլոգիայով ինտենսիվ այգիների հիմնում, գյուղատնտեսությունում հակակարկտային ցանցերի ներդրման, գյուղատնտեսական տեխնիկայի ֆինանսական վարձակալության՝ լիզինգի պետական աջակցության ծրագրերի շահառուների թվերի ներկայացում:

Ուղղությունների թվում են նաև՝ սպանդանոցային կառույցների թիվը մարզում և այդ ուղղությամբ իրականացված ծրագրերը, տոհմային անասնաբուծական տնտեսությունների ստեղծման ծրագրերի իրականացումը, սառնարանային տնտեսությունների ստեղծման ծրագրերի իրականացումը, գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողերի ոռոգելի մակերեսների աճը՝ 2017 թվականի համեմատ, կրթական հաստատությունների կառավարման արդյունավետության և կրթության որակի բարձրացման ծրագրերի իրականացումը, առողջապահական  կազմակերպությունների տարեկան բյուջեում վճարովի ծառայությունների տեսակարար կշռի կտրուկ աճը՝ 2017 թվականի համեմատ, մարզերում չօգտագործվող պետական, համայնքային և մասնավոր գույքի նպատակային օգտագործումն ապահովող ծրագրերի իրագործումը, այդ թվում՝ պետական և համայնքային գույքը՝ մասնավորին փոխանցելու, ինչպես նաև մասնավոր գույքի օգտագործմանը նպաստելու տարբեր միջոցների կիրառմամբ՝ օրինակ սահմանելով հստակ չափորոշիչներ ներդրումների չափի, նոր ստեղծվող աշխատատեղերի և այլնի վերաբերյալ,  ընդհանուր օգտագործման ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտով սպասարկվող  բնակավայրերի ընդհանուր թվի ավելացումը, մարզում կատարված ներդրումների ծավալը, նոր ստեղծվող ձեռնարկությունների և ստեղծվող աշխատատեղերի թվերը,  զբոսաշրջության խթանման և զարգացմանն ուղղված ծրագրերը, հաշվառման համակարգի արմատավորումը և թերությունների վերացումը:
