ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարության և Վրաստանում Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանության ներքին անվտանգության ծառայության հետ համագործակցության շրջանակներում դեկտեմբերիին հայ փրկարարների համար անցկացվելու են փրկարարական գործ և որոնողափրկարարական աշխատանքներ թեմայով դասընթաց-պարապմունքներ:

Դասընթացն անցկացնելու նպատակով Ֆրանսիայի Մյոզ դեպարտամենտի հրշեջ-փրկարար ծառայությունից Հայաստան ժամանած փորձագետներ  Ֆաբրիս Պիերը  և Բրունո Էքեն դեկտեմբերի 7-ին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի հրշեջ-փրկարարների հետ անցկացրեցին պարապմունքներ՝ տարբեր փրկարարական գործողություններում կիառելու նպատակով պարանային աշխատանքներ թեմայով: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունից:

Ֆ. Պիերը նշում է, որ փորձի փոխանակումը բավական հարստացնող և հետաքրքրական էր նաև իրենց համար. «Արդեն 5-րդ օրն է Հայաստանում ենք: Մեր այցի նպատակը Ֆրանսիայի և Հայաստանի փրկարարների միջև փորձի փոխանակումն է: Այդ հանդիպումների ընթացքում մեզ հնարավորություն ընձեռվեց  ծանոթանալ տեղի փրկարարական մեթոդներին, ներկայացնել ֆրանսիական մոտեցումները և համատեղ քննարկումների ընթացքում մշակել նոր միջոցներ»:

1997թ. ՀՀ կառավարության սեպտեմբերի 4-ի որոշմամբ ստեղծված արագ արձագանքման փրկարարական ջոկատի հիմքի վրա հետագայում կազմավորված Հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնում (ՀՆՓԱԻԿ) ծառայություն են իրականացնում առավել հմուտ և բարձրակարգ պատրաստվածություն ունեցող բազմապրոֆիլ փրկարարներ: Նրանք փրկարարական աշխատանքներ են իրականացնում առավել վտանգավոր և բարդ իրավիճակներում, և ոչ միայն հայրենիքում, այլև՝ արտերկրում: Կենտրոնի փրկարարների գերակշիռ մասն ունի միջազգային որակավորում և ընդգրկված է ՄԱԿ-ի միջազգային որոնողափրկարարական խորհրդատվական խմբի (INSARAG) ջոկատում:

Ամդրադառնալով փրկարարների բազմապրոֆիլ գործողություններին՝ Բ. Էքեն արժեքավոր և գնահատելի է համարում հայկական փորձը, նշում, որ հետաքրքիր էր տեսնել հայ փրկարարների մոտեցումները կոնկրետ փրկարարական հանձնարարության դեպքում. « Այս օրերին գրանցեցինք մի նկատելի տարբերություն. Հայաստանում փրկարարներն իրականացնում են ամենատարբեր գործողություններ՝ արձագանքելով տարբեր դեպքերի: Մեզ մոտ հրշեջ-փրկարարի մասնագիտությունը շատ ավելի հստակեցված է և բաժանաված: Կոնկրետ պատահարի դեպքում գնում է համապատասխան մասնագետը: Այստեղ տղաները արձագանքում են ամենատարբեր իրավիճակներին, ինչը ողջունելի է»:

Ֆրանսիացի փորձագետները հույս հայտնեցին կրկին լինել Հայաստանում՝ աշխատանքային ավելի երկար և արդյունավետ հանդիպումներով:
