Կառավարությունը հաջորդ տարի չի իրականացնի գյուղացներին մատչելի գնով դիզվառելիքի սուբսիդավորման ծրագիրը, փոխարենը կշարունակի պարարտանյութի ու սերմնացուի մասով ծրագրերը: Այդ մասին կառավարության նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց Գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:

«Փորձում ենք գյուղացիներին մատչելի գներով ապահովել տեղական սերմնացուով, հավանաբար ներմուծման խնդիր այլևս չի լինի: Այս տարի աշնանացան սերմը չի սուբսիդավորվել կառավարության կողմից, պարզապես տեղական արտադրողը մատչելի գնով է այն հատկացրել գյուղացիներին՝ անմիջապես վճարման դիմաց: Այսինքն՝ գյուղացին նախօրոք պետք է վճարի, որպեսզի օգտվի մատչելի սերմնացուից»,- ասաց նախարարը: 

Հարցին, թե դա չի՞ հանգեցրել ծավալների կրճատմանը՝ հաշվի առնելով այն, որ հողագործները գումարի խնդիր ունեն, Իգնատի Առաքելյանը պատասխանեց. «Այս տարի նախորդ տարվա համեմատ պարարտանյութի ծավալների նվազեցում չի եղել, վճարվել է, ապրանքը գնվել է: Դիզվառելիքի առումով պահանջարկի մոտ 30 տոկոսի չափով նվազեցում է եղել, բայց դիզվառելիքը սուբսիդավորում էր պետական բյուջեից: Սերմերի առումով աշնանացան սերմ չենք ներկրել, իսկ գարնանացան սերմը բերել ենք ըստ մարզպետարանների կողմից հաստատված վճարման պահանջարկի»:
