Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում կայացած աշխատանքային հերթական խորհրդակցության ժամանակ, որը վարել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը, մայրաքաղաքի տարածքում առկա կիսակառույց շինությունների, գերակա շահ ճանաչված և քաղաքաշինական ծրագրեր նախատեսված, սակայն չիրականացված տարածքների մասով ձեռնարկված միջոցների վերաբերյալ զեկուցվել է, որ նախորդ շաբաթվա ընթացքում իրականացված վարչարարության արդյունքում մեկ դեպքի մասով շինարարական աշխատանքները վերսկսվել են, 12 հասցեների համար շինարարության թույլտվության ժամկետները երկարացվել են՝ աշխատանքները վերսկսելու համար, իսկ մեկ դեպքում էլ շինթույլտվությունը ճանաչվել է ուժը կորցրած: 

Քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հանձնարարել է գործընթացը պահել ամենօրյա վերահսկողության ներքո և բոլոր այն դեպքերով, որոնց շրջանակում երկարացվել են շինթույլտվության ժամկետները, խստորեն վերահսկել, որպեսզի պահպանվեն սահմանված ժամանակացույցերը: 
Քաղաքապետի տեղակալ Արամ Սուքիասյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ նախորդ շաբաթ հանրությանը ներկայացվել է «Նոր տարին Երևանում 2018» միջոցառումների ծրագիրը, որի շրջանակում Ամանորի օրերին մայրաքաղաքում գործող սպասարկման և ժամանցի ոլորտի օբյեկտների աշխատանքը կազմակերպելու, ինչպես նաև թանգարանների համար աշխատանքային հատուկ ժամանակացույց սահմանելու ուղղությամբ ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ բոլոր միջոցները: Տպագրվել են նաև Ամանորի միջոցառումների ծրագրի եռալեզու բուկլետներ, որոնցում ներառված են ինչպես Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի և վարչական շրջանների, այնպես էլ մասնավորի կողմից նախատեսված տոնական միջոցառումների օրացույցը, օգտակար տեղեկատվություն՝ զբոսաշրջիկների համար: 
Հանձնարարվել է ընթացիկ տոնական միջոցառումների մասին պարբերաբար իրազեկել հանրությանը:
