Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունից դուրս գալու մասին առաջարկներում ռացիոնալություն չեմ տեսնում, այս մասին «Արմենիա» հեռուստաընկերության «Բանաձև» հաղորդման ժամանակ հայտարարել է ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը՝ պատասխանելով, հարցին:

«Բացարձակապես ռացիոնալություն չեմ տեսնում, ես այստեղ տեսնում եմ ուղղակի որոշակի շահերի ծառայելու ցանկություն կամ որոշակի համոզվածություն, որը գալիս է նյութին մինչև վերջ չտիրապետելուց։ Բայց եթե իրոք նրանք համոզված են, կարող են լուրջ փաստարկներ բերել... ես որևէ լուրջ փաստարկ չեմ լսել»,- ասել է նա:

Դիտարկմանը, որ օրինակ՝ 2018թ. հունվարի 1-ից 900 ապրանք կարող է թանկանալ, Սերժ Սարգսյանն արձագանքել է՝ ասելով, որ «դրանք էական ազդեցություն չեն կարող ունենալ ո՛չ թռիչքային գնաճի առումով, ո՛չ էլ տնտեսությանը խոչընդոտելու առումով»: 

«Ես դա ենթադրաբար չեմ ասում. երբ մենք 2015 թվականից սկսեցինք արդեն լիարժեք անդամակցել այդ կառույցին, մի քանի հազար ապրանքատեսակների գծով փոխվեցին դրույքաչափերը: Եվ ի՞նչ, մեր երկրում եղավ թռիչքաձև գնա՞ճ, իհարկե չեղավ։ Ուրեմն հիմա էլ ազդեցությունը մեծ չէ, և այդ ազդեցությունը փոխհատուցվում է նաև այլ ապրանքատեսակների մասով ավելի էժան գներով: Կարծում եմ՝ այստեղ հավասարակշռված մոտեցում ունենք, և այդ մոտեցումը բերում է նրան, որ օրինակ՝ 2016 թվականին մեր երկրում գնանկում տեղի ունեցավ: Սա էլ փաստ է, սա էլ հո չե՞ն կարող ժխտել: Եվ այսօր էլ մենք շոշափելի գնաճ չունենք. այո, որոշ ապրանքատեսակների գներ բարձրացել են՝ կապված միջազգային շուկաներում այդ ապրանքատեսակների թանկացումների հետ: Բայց ընդհանուր գնաճը կառավարելի է, և հաշվի առնենք այն հանգամանքը, որ թեև բոլորն ասում են, որ աշխատավարձերը չեն բարձրանում և այլն, աշխատավարձի բարձրացման տեմպն այսօրվա դրությամբ մի քիչ ավելի բարձր է, քան գնաճը: Սա, կարծում եմ, շատ կարևոր հանգամանք է, նույնը 2016 թվականին էր»,- ասել է Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը:
