Արցախի Ազգային ժողովում հյուրընկալել են օտարերկրյա խորհրդարանականների պատվիրակությանը

Ազգային ժողովի նիստերի դահլիճում դեկտեմբերի 16-ին կայացել է Արցախի խորհրդարանականների և աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների պահպանողական ու ռեֆորմիստական գաղափարախոսությամբ կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչների հանդիպումը: Օտարերկրյա պատվիրակությունը Ստեփանակերտ է ժամանել «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար, ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ և ուղեկցությամբ:

Ողջունելով ներկաներին՝ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նշել է, որ Արցախը բաց է բոլոր այն մարդկանց համար, ովքեր արժևորում են ազատությունը։

«Մենք կարևորում ու բարձր ենք գնահատում տարբեր երկրների խորհրդարանականների, քաղաքական ու հասարակական շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչների հետաքրքրությունն Արցախի հանդեպ և նրանց կողմից մեր ժողովրդի ազատ ու անկախ ապրելու իրավունքի ընկալումն ու ցուցաբերած մարդասիրական և բարոյական աջակցությունը»,- ընդգծել  է Աշոտ Ղուլյանը։

Հանդիպման ընթացքում Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը խոսել է նաև վերջին տարիներին Արցախի ԱԺ-ի՝ Եվրախորհրդարանը ու ազգային օրենսդիր մարմինները ներկայացնող պատագամավորների հետ ունեցած համագործակցության ձևաչափերի մասին և նշել, որ նման կապերն ու շփումները մեծապես օգնում են՝ հաղթահարելու միջազգային գործընթացներից Արցախը արհեստականորեն մեկուսացնելու փորձերը:

Խոսելով Արցախի ժողովրդի ազատագրական պայքարի մասին՝ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նշել է. «Արցախի դեպքում ազատության համար պայքարը՝ պայքար է մարդու իրավունքների ցանկում ամենագլխավորի՝ կյանքի իրավունքի համար և անհնարին է, որ Արցախը լավ իմացող ու նրա ժողովրդին ծանոթ անհատը, քաղաքական ուժը կամ պետությունը չհարգի արցախցու այդ իրավունքը»:

Պատվիրակության անունից շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Արցախի խորհրդարանում ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը նշել է, որ նախաձեռնության նպատակը պատվիրակության անդամներին Արցախը սեփական աչքերով տեսնելու և մարդկանց հետ շփվելու հնարավորություն տալն է:

«Արցախի ժողովուրդն է իր ճակատագրի համար որոշում կայացնողը, ուստի՝ Արցախի մասին խոսող մարդիկ պետք է նրանց տեսնեն ու նրանց կարծիքը լսեն»,- ընդգծել է Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը:

Հյուրերը նույնպես երախտագիտություն են հայտնել Արցախ այցելելու հնարավորության և ԱԺ-ում ընդունելության համար:

Ստեփանակերտ ժամանած պատվիրակության կազմում էին նաև ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Միքայել Մելքումյանը և Եվրոպական ինտեգրման հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Նաիրա Զոհրաբյանը:
