«Ոչ միայն իմ անձնական գնահատականով, այլ նաեւ տարբեր փորձագետների, քաղաքագետների գնահատականներով` սա իսկապես աննախադեպ քայլ էր, որը  իրականացվեց պարոն Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ եւ գլխավորությամբ, երբ որ եվրոպացի մի շարք պատգամավորներ, Եվրոպայում պահպանողական գաղափարախոսություն դավանող կուսակցությունների նախագահներ, փորձագետներ, թվով մոտ քսան հոգի, այցելեցին Արցախ, հնավորություն ունեցան առանձնազրույց ունենալ հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի, ԱԺ նախագահի հետ, շրջել Ստեփանակերտով, զրուցել շարքային քաղաքացիների հետ եւ իրենց սեփական աչքերով տեսնել, թե ինչպես է  տիրող իրավիճակը, համոզվել, որ Արցախը ժողովրդավարական երկիր է, համապատասխան իր ինստիտուտներով, ենթակառուցվածքներով եւ ապրում է իր բնականոն հունով եւ զարգացող պետություն է»,- Araratnews.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր, ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի մամուլի խոսնակ Իվետա Տոնոյանը` անդրադառնալով Գ. Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ եւ գլխավորությամբ՝ եվրոպացի պատվիրակների այցին Արցախ:

Հիշեցնենք,  որ  դեկտեմբերի 16-ին ԲՀԿ առաջնորդ, ԱԺ «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի նախաձեռնությամբ եւ գլխավորությամբ աշխարհի տարբեր երկրների պահպանողական եւ ռեֆորմիստական գաղափարներ դավանող քաղաքական ուժերից, խորհրդարանների պատգամավորներից կազմված ներկայացուցչական պատվիրակության անդամները ուղղաթիռով այցելեցին Արցախի Հանրապետություն։ Մայրաքաղաք Ստեփանակերտում ԲՀԿ առաջնորդն ու եվրոպացի պատվիրակները հանդիպումներ ունեցան Արցախի ղեկավարության հետ, քննարկեցին մի շարք հարցեր։ Աշխարհաքաղաքական ներկայիս բարդ փուլում, երբ արցախյան հիմնահարցի խաղաղ կարգավորմանը էապես աջակություն կարող են ունենալ եվրոպացի դիվանագետները, Ծառուկյանի անմիջական նախաձեռնությամբ ոտք են դնում այն հողի վրա, որը նույն այդ պաշտոնյաների եւ նրանց ղեկավարների կողմից համարվում է չճանաչված պետություն։ Բացի այդ, ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենան ամեն կերպ Արցախը ներկայացնում է որպես ռազմական դաշտ։ Եվ Ծառուկյանի այս քայլը կարող է բեկում մտցնել նրանց պատկերացումներում։

Իվետա Տոնոյանի գնահատմամբ` ադրբեջանական քարոզչամեքենայի միֆը, թե Արցախը ռազմական կենտրոն է, այս նախաձեռնության միջոցով փարատվում է: «Կարծում եմ` սա շատ կարեւոր նախաձեռնություն էր, այն աննախադեպ էր»,- ասաց Տոնոյանը, հավելելով, որ նման նախաձեռնությունները Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի կողմից շարունակական են լինելու:
