Օր չկա, որ այս իշխանությունները որևէ տխմար անակնկալ չմատուցեն մեր հասարակությանը: Արդեն տպավորություն է ստեղծվում, որ նրանք ամբողջ գիշեր չեն քնում և միայն մտածում են, թե ինչպես անել, որպեսզի ավելի բարդանա Հայաստանում ապրող մարդկանց կյանքը:

Այս անգամ խնդիրը կապված է աջ ղեկ ունեցող մեքենաների հետ: Մարդիկ նստել որոշել են, որ դա վտանգավոր ու սպառնալից է մեր առողջության համար, ուստի պետք է հանեն շրջանառությունից: Հասկանում ե՞ք, իշխանությունները մտահոգ են մեր կյանքի համար: Եփած հավի ծիծաղն անգամ կգա: Իրականում ինչ է տեղի ունենում:

Միջին վիճակագրական ընտանիքներ, կարողանում էին բավականին էժան, առանց իշխանությունների խառնվելու, համացանցով մեքենա պատվիրել Ճապոնիայից և մաքսազերծելուց հետո, այդ մեքենաները շահագործել: Այսինքն, սա մի ոլորտ էր, որտեղ, մաքսային տուրքը մտնում էր բյուջե, իսկ իշխանության վերին օղակներն էլ այսպես ասած փայ չունեին: Բնականաբար, այս ամենը հարված է Հայաստան մեքենաների խոշոր խմբաքանակներ ներկրողներին: Ներկրողները ես ու դու չենք, հարգելի ընթերցողները: Ներկրողները բոլորիս են հայտնի թե ովքեր են: Եթե անգամ դա մեծ կազմակերպություն չէ, այլ այսպես ասած դալալներ են, ապա նրանք նույնպես կապված են իշխանության հետ որոշակի կապերով ու պարզապես չեն կարող դաշտից դուրս գործել:

Հիմար վիճակագրությունը, որը ներկայացնում է համապատասխան կառույցը, հետևյալն է: ՀՀ ոստիկանության մամուլի քարտուղար Էդգար Ջանոյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ Հայաստանի ճանապարհներին 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից մինչեւ նոյեմբեր ընկած ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է 3,241 ավտովթար, որից 309-ը՝ աջակողմյան ղեկով տրանսպորտային միջոցների մասնակցությամբ: Նշված ավտովթարների հետեւանքով մահացել է 16 մարդ, տուժել՝ 490 մարդ:

Այստեղ գործ ունենք մի շատ հիմար տրամաբանության հետ: Եթե 309-ը տրանսպորտամիջոց մասնակցել է այդ վթարներին, դա դեռ չի նշանակում, որ այդ տրանսպորտամիջոցների վարորդներն են մեղավոր: Այսինքն, տեղի է ունենում փաստերի պարզ մանիպուլյացիա:

Հաջորդ հանգամանքը: Շատ հավանական է, որ ինչ-որ հարուստ մեկը, մեծ խմբաքանակով ավտոպահեստամասեր է ներկրել, որոնք վերաբերվում այդ ղեկերի փոփոխությանը և շատ արագ անհրաժեշտ է այդ ամենը սպառել: Սրանով էլ կարող է պայմանավորված լինել այս հապճեպ փոփոխությունը: Նույնականացման քարտերի պատմությունը բոլորս ենք հիշում:
