Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանի հանձնարարությամբ այսօր տեղի է ունեցել հաշմանդամություն ունեցող անձանց հիմնահարցերով զբաղվող քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի 2018 թվականի առաջին նիստը, որը վարել է Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ, հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կամո Արեյանը: Նիստին մասնակցել են Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի մի շարք ստորաբաժանումների, վարչական շրջանների սոցիալական բաժինների պետեր, հանձնաժողովի կազմում ընդգրկված ոլորտի ՀԿ-ների նախագահները կամ ներկայացուցիչները, նաև Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու մշակույթի, կրթության և սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ու տեղակալը: 

Մինչ օրակարգի հարցերին անցնելը, Երևանի քաղաքապետի առաջին տեղակալ, հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Կամո Արեյանը շնորհավորել է ներկաներին՝ Ամանորի և Սուրբ ծննդյան տոների առթիվ ու մաղթել բոլորին բեղմնավոր աշխատանք:
Անցնելով օրակարգին` նախ ներկայացվել է Հաշմանդամների հիմնահարցերով Երևանի քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի 2017 թվականի հաշվետվությունը: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը փաստել է, որ նախորդ տարի համայնքային բյուջեով նախատեսված բոլոր ծրագրերն իրականացվել են` բացառությամբ հասարակական տրանսպորտի ևս մի քանի ավտոբուսներ հատուկ կարիքներ ունեցող անձանց համար հարմարեցված վերելակներով համալրելու կետի, որի կատարումը տեղափոխվել է 2018 թվական: Հանձնաժողովի անդամներին նաև տեղեկացվել է, որ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի ենթակայության կազմակերպություններում վերջին տարիներին իրականացվող նորոգման աշխատանքներում հաշվի է առնվում հաշմանդամների տեղաշարժի հարմարավետությունը, իսկ նոր կառուցվող շենք-շինություններում դա ներառված է որպես պարտադիր պայման: Ներկայացված հաշվետվությունը միաձայն ընդունվել է հանձնաժողովի անդամների կողմից:
Օրակարգի 2-րդ կետով քննարկվել է նույն հանձնաժողովի գործունեության 2018 թվականի ծրագիրը: Խոսելով 9 բաժին և 36 կետ ունեցող ծրագրի դրույթների մասին` Կամո Արեյանը Երևանի քաղաքապետի անունից վստահեցրել է, որ հանձնաժողովի հետ համատեղ կյանքի կոչված ծրագրերը բոլոր ուղղություններով կշարունակվեն նաև 2018 թվականին: Հանձնաժողովի նախագահը նաև շեշտել է, որ այս տարի ևս սոցիալական, կրթական, առողջապահական և այլ ուղղվածության ծրագրերում առաջնահերթության կարգով կներառվեն հատուկ կարիքներով անձինք և նրանց ընտանիքները: Հանձնարարվել է համաքաղաքային մշակութային և մարզական միջոցառումներում մեծացնել հաշմանդամների ներգրավվածությունը՝ ավելի ակտիվացնելով ոլորտի ՀԿ-ների հետ համագործակցությունն ու ծրագրերի հանրային իրազեկումը: Հատկանշելով ոլորտին առնչվող աշխատանքների մեծ ակտիվությունը նաև մայրաքաղաքի վարչական շրջաններում՝ պահանջ է դրվել ապահովել տվյալ ծրագրերի շարունակականությունը: 
Հանձնաժողովի անդամ ՀԿ-ների ղեկավարները, ինչպես նաև Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու մշակույթի, կրթության և սոցիալական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահն ու տեղակալը ներկայացրել են ծրագրի հետ կապված իրենց կարծիքներն ու առաջարկները, որոնք ընդունվել են ի գիտություն: 
Հաշմանդամների հիմնահարցերով Երևանի քաղաքային հանձնաժողովի 2018 թվականի միաձայն ընդունված ծրագիրը կներկայացվի Երևանի քաղաքապետի հաստատմանը:
