Հայաստանյան հասարկությունը դեռ չէր արթնացել ամանորյա թմբիրից, երբ իմացավ, որ թանկացել են բենզինի և գազի գները: Բնականաբար, այդ թանկացումները չեն կարող չազդել մյուս ապրանքների թանկացման վրա: Ապրանքները տեղափոխվում են տրանսպորտամիջոցներով ու պարզ է, որ վառելիքի ծախսի ավելացումը, ավելացնում է նաև ինքնարժեքի ծախսը:

Կարեն Կարապետյանի պատասխանն այս ամենին բացառիկ էր: Նա ակնհայտ հանդես եկավ ռուսական շահերի պաշտպանության դիրքերից ու հայտարարեց, թե գազ օգտագործեք, ավելի էժան է նստում: Այս տարի, բնությունը բարեհաճ էր գտնվել ազգիս նկատմամբ՝ խիստ ձմեռ չպարգևելով: Այս հանգամանքը, թերևս դուր չէր եկել ռուսական կողմին, ի մասնավորի Հայաստանին գազ մատակարարող կազմակերպությանը:

Եվ ահա, ՀՀ վարչապետը, որը կոչված է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության շահերը պաշտպանելու, քանի որ այս պետության հարկատուների վարձու աշխատողն է, հայտարարում է, թե գազ օգտագործեք:

Տրամաբանական է, որ այս ցինիզմի իրավիճակում, երբ հասարակությունը կորցրել է բոլոր լծակները կամ դրանք նվիրել է իշխանություններին, այդ նույն իշխանությունների ռուսական գծով քարտուղարին բան չի մնում անել, քան ծաղրել հասարակությանը:

Ծաղրի գագաթնակետն այս հանգստյան օրերն էին: Մինչ մենք վայելում էինք մեր հանգստյան օրերը, այդ ապրանքների գները նորից թանկացան: Իշխանությունը որդեգրել է հետաքրքիր՝ կամաց-կամացի քաղաքականությունը: Քիչ-քիչ է թանկացնում, որպեսզի քաղաքացիները միանգամից չզգան ամբողջ բեռը: Սակայն գումարելիների տեղերը փոխելիս, գումարը չի փոխվում: Սա նրանք գիտեն, սակայն հարկավոր է, որ հասկանան նաև մեր քաղաքացիների զգալի մասը:
