ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթ է ընդունվել հափշտակության և զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանության դեպքերի առթիվ 01.01.2018թ.-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեում հարուցված քրեական գործը: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Այսպես, Հ. Գ.-ն ՀՀ ոստիկանության Եղեգնաձորի բաժնում հաղորդում է տվել, որ 2018թ. հունվարի 1-ին՝ ժամը 05:30-ի սահմաններում, Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքում գտնվող հյուրանոցում Վ. Բ.-ն և Ֆ. Բ.-ն անհիմն վիճաբանել են իր հետ` այդ ընթացքոմ բազմաթիվ հարվածներ հասցնելով իր մարմնի տարբեր մասերին, իսկ նրանցից մեկը դանակով փորձել է հարվածել իրեն: Այնուհետև նույն անձինք, օգտվելով իր բացակայությունից, կոտրել են հյուրանոցային համալիրի` իր սենյակի դուռն ու հափշտակել իր որսորդական հրացանը:

Նշված հյուրանոցում տեղի ունեցած հափշտակության և զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանության դեպքի վերաբերյալ ոստիկանության նույն բաժնում հաղորդում է տվել նաև հյուրանոցի սեփականատերը` հայտնելով, որ Վ. Բ.-ն և Ֆ. Բ.-ն վնասել են իրեն պատկանող «Մերսեդես-Բենց» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, կոտրել հյուրանոցի մուտքի ու սենյակի դռները և մյուս գույքը, ինչի հետևանքով իրեն պատճառվել է մոտ 400.000 ՀՀ դրամի նյութական վնաս:

Բացի այդ, միջադեպի ընթացքում տուժած ևս մեկ անձ` Ժ. Հ.-ն, դեպքի վայրի զննության ընթացքում հայտնել է, որ 01.01.2018թ.-ին Վ. Բ.-ն, Ֆ. Բ.-ն և մի շարք այլ անձինք հյուրանոցի բակում վիճաբանել և ծեծի են ենթարկել իրեն` մետաղապլաստե իրով հարվածներ հասցնելով իր մարմնի տարբեր մասերին: Ժ. Հ.-ն նաև հայտնել է, որ հիշյալ անձինք հյուրանոցի սենյակում գտնվող իր դստեր պայուսակից գումար են գողացել:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Վայոց ձորի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում 01.01.2018թ.-ին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1.1 կետով և 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, որի նախաքննության ընթացքում փաստական տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ զենքի գործադրմամբ խուլիգանության մասնակիցների շարքում է եղել նաև ՀՀ  արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության աշխատակից Ա. Բ.-ն:

Հաշվի առնելով, որ քրեական գործի նյութերում առկա են ՀՀ ԱԻՆ պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող պաշտոնատար անձի կողմից կատարված ենթադրյալ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ, ուստի նշված քրեական գործը քննչական ենթակայության կարգով ընդունվել է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայության քննիչի վարույթ` հետագա նախաքննությունը շարունակելու համար: 

Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
