ԱԻՆ-ում քննարկվել են Թումանյան համայնքում ակտիվացած սողանքի վտանգի չեզոքացման ուղիները

Հունվարի 22-ին ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարությունում նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի գլխավորությամբ կայացավ ընդլայնված աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն ՀՀ Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան համայնքում ակտիվացած սողանքի խնդիրների լուծման վերաբերյալ:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ից, խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցում էին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարարի առաջին տեղակալ Գագիկ Գրիգորյանը, «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ի տնօրեն Սերգեյ Վալկոն, Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի երկրաբանության ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Խաչատուր Մելիքսեթյանը, «Վեոլիա Ջուր» ՓԲԸ-ի տնօրենի տեղակալ Արամ Սահակյանը և ԱԻՆ պատասխանատու ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներ:

Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում քննարկվեցին Լոռու մարզի Թումանյան հմայնքում, հունվարի 21-ին տեղի ունեցած սողանքի հետևանքով ստեղծված իրավիճակի առաջացման պատճառների գործիքային ուսումնասիրության խնդիրները՝ իրավիճակային լուծում գտնելու և հետագայում կանխարգելիչ ինժեներապաշտպանական միջոցառումներ կազմակերպելու նպատակով:

ՀՀ ԱԻՆ կողմից առաջարկվել է տարահանել սողանքի ազդեցության գոտում ապրող բնակիչներին, ՀՀ ԱԻՆ ՓԾ Լոռու մարզային փրկարարական վարչության կողմից կազմակերպվել է շուրջօրյա հերթապահություն: «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ից ճշգրտվել է գնացքների չվացուցակը: Ձեռք է բերվել պայմանավորվածություն, համաձայն որի «Հարավկովկասյան երկաթուղի» ՓԲԸ-ն մարդատար գնացքների անցնելուց 4 ժամ, իսկ բեռնատարներ գնացքների անցնելուց 1 ժամ առաջ տեղեկացնում է այդ մասին ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ին:

Սողանքային մարմնի հետագա ակտիվացումները կանխելու նպատակով իրականացվելու է ինժեներաերկրաբանական հետազոտություն, որի հիման վրա կնախապատրաստվեն առաջարկություններ սողանքի վտանգը և հետագայում հնարավոր վթարային իրավիճակները կանխելու առաջարկություններ: Նախնական միջոցառումների շրջանակում իրականացվելու են առաջացած ճեղքերի կավային ջրակայուն գրունտներով փակման աշխատանքներ, ինչը կբացառի մակերևութային ջրերի հետագա ներթափանցումը գրունտի մեջ: Քանի որ տեղանքի ռելիեֆը թույլ չի տալիս ստանալ մեծ կետայնության պանարամային լուսանկարներ՝ իրավիճակը առավել պատկերավոր դարձնելու նպատակով լուսանկարահանումները կիրականացվեն անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի (դրոններ) միջոցով:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Թումանյան համայնքում, օրերս ակտիվացած սողանքի հետեւանքով ձորալանջի մի մեծ հատված փլուզվել և վտանգավոր իրավիճակ է ստեղծել տեղանքի երկաթգծի և Մ6 մայրուղու համար:
