Այսօր՝ հունվարի 27-ին, առեղծվածային դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 09։30-ի սահմաններում Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության հերթապահ խումբը ահազանգել է Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոն և հայտնել, որ կանչով մեկնել է Հրազդանի կիրճում գտնվող «Նաբերեժնի» հյուրանոցային համալիր, որտեղ հայտնաբերել են տղամարդու դի։

Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, նշված վայր են ժամանել Ոստիկանության Մալաթիայի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Արթուր Զոհրաբյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ժամանել են նաև Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Մալաթիա-Սեբաստիա վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Վահագն Սիմոնյանի և տեղակալ Արսեն Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները նշված հյուրանոցային համալիրի թիվ 1 համարի առաջին հարկի ննջասենյակում հայտնաբերել են Երևան քաղաքի Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ՝ 33-ամյա Գոռ Առաքելյանի դին։

Դատաբժշկի նախնական եզրակացության համաձայն՝ դիակի վրա բռնության հետքեր չեն հայտնաբերվել։ Տեղում քննչական աշխատանքները ղեկավարող նույն բաժնի քննիչ Գոռ Մարգարյանի որոշմամբ նշանակվել են մի շարք փորձաքննություններ, այդ թվում՝ դիակի դատաբժշկական։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ Գ. Առաքելյանը Ազգային ժողովի նախկին պատգամավոր, ԲՀԿ-ական, «Յուվեցի Կարո» մականվամբ Կարո Կարապետյանի փեսան է, ով տարիներ առաջ դատապարտվել էր ազատազրկման՝ Վերնիսաժում կրակոցներ արձակելու և մի քանի հոգու հրազենային վնասվածքներ պատճառելու մեջ։ Գ. Շամշյանի տեղեկություններով՝ նշված հյուրանոցային համալիրը պատկանում է ՀՀ ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր, հայտնի գործարար Սամվել Ալեքսանյանին։

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Ոստիկանության քննչական գլխավոր վարչության Երևանի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոնի քննչական բաժնում ավագ քննիչ Աշոտ Մինասյանի կողմից հարուցվել էր քրեական գործ ՀՀ քր.օր-ի 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի (ապօրինի կերպով զենք կրելը, պահելը, օգտագործելը), 258 հոդվածի 4 մասի (խուլիգանությունը, որը զուգորդվել է անձի առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելով) հատկանիշներով: Ինչպես հայտնլ էր ֆոտոլրագրողը, նշված քրեական գործը հարուցվել էր 2014 թվականի մայիսի 17-ին Երևանում տեղի ունեցած կրակոցների փաստով, ինչի հետևանքով 5 հոգի հրազենային վնասվածքներով տեղափոխվել էին թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց: Մայիսի 17-ին՝ ժամը 13:30-ի սահմաններում, անհայտ անձը իր մոտ եղած ապօրինի հրազենով Վերնիսաժի մոտ գործող «Պրոգրեստեխ Արմենիա» ընկերության շենքի մուտքի դիմաց կրակել էր 5 անձանց վրա: Ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքներով հիվանդանոց էին տեղափոխվել 30-ամյա Վալերի Հարությունյանը, 26-ամյա Մյասնիկ Հայրապետյանը, 64-ամյա Ալբինա Բադալյանը, 30-ամյա Նորայր Հարությունյանը և 72-ամյա Մնացական Սուքիասյանը:

Ֆոտոլրագրողի տեղեկություններով՝ Ոստիկանությունը ավտոհետախուզում էր հայտարարել BMW X6 մակնիշի 34 AԼ 075 համարանիշի ավտոմեքենայի նկատմամբ, որը, ըստ դեպքի վայրում ականատեսների պատմածի, կրակոցներից հետո դիմել էր փախուստի: Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
