Երեկ երգիչ, երգահան Գրիգոր Կյոկչայանը և Սպիտակցի Հայկոն ներկայացրեցին իրենց համատեղ «Մամ ջան» երգը: Համացանցում այն արագ տարածվեց և կարծիքները բավականին դրական էին: Երգի հեղինակը Գրիգորն է, տեսահոլովակը նկարահանել է Արթուր Մանուկյանը, գործիքավորումը՝ Մարտին Միրզոյանը: BlogNews.am-ի հետ զրույցում Գրիգորը մանրամասներ է պատմել Հայկի հետ համագործակցության և թե ինչու նախապես անոնս չէին ներկայացրել:

«Այս երգը գրել եմ երկու տարի առաջ և նոր թողարկեցինք քանի որ այդպես ստացվեց: Ես առհասարակ չէի ուզում, որ որևէ մեկը իմանար այս համագործակցության մասին, որովհետև պետք էր լսել նոր կարծիք կազմել այս աշխատանքի մասին: Եթե նկատել եք անգամ նախնական անոնս չենք արել, որովհետև ուզում էինք մարդիկ միանգամից լսեին և այս դեպքում կարևոր չէ թե ովքեր են կատարում, կարևոր էր, թե ինչպես են երգում և ինչ անկեղծությամբ: Հայկի հետ համագործակցությունը հենց այդ պատճառով էլ եղավ, քանի որ շատ անկեղծ է երգում և ազնիվ, և պետք էր այդպիսի մարդ, ով իսկապես նման մոտեցում ցույց կտար երգին»,-պատմում է Գրգորը:

Հայկի և Գրիգորի համագործակցության գաղափարի հեղինակը երգի երաժշտության պրոդյուսեր Մարտին Միրզոյաննին էր.«Նա ասաց, որ լավ կստացվի եթե Հայկի հետ համագործակցություն լինի: Հայկն էլ  երբ լսեց ազդել էլ և  միանգամից համաձայնեց: Ինչի համար շնորհակալ եմ թե Մարտինին թե Հայկին, որովհետև կարծում եմ այն երգերից է որ ամբողջությամբ շատ անկեղծ էր: Ես որպես հեղինակ շատ էի ուզում, որպեսզի երգի անկեղծությունն և պարզությունը  տեղ հասնի մարդկանց»:

Երգից հետո դրական մեկնաբանությունների տեղատարափ է, չնայած ավելի շատ շեշտվում է Հայկի անունը, ինչը Գրիգորին չի մտահոգում. «Բնական է, որովհետև Հայկն ավելի մեծ մասայականություն է վայելում: Ես ավելի շատ ուրախ եմ երգի հաջողությունից և կարևոր չէ թե ինչ են գրում, կարևորը՝ հուզել է մարդկանց»:  

Երգիչը նշում է, որ սա այն դեպքն է երբ աշխատանքն արվել է ոչ կոմերցիոն քայլերից ելնելով. «Պարզապես  ինձ համար լավ երգ է և ես շատ եմ սիրում: Ուզում էի անել, որ հետո ինձ չմեղադրեի ինչի չնկարահանեցի տեսահոլովակ: Այս երգի մասին  առհասարակ շատ չեմ ուզում խոսել, քանի որ շատ թանկ է ինձ համար և արժեքավոր: Թանկ բաների մասին շատ չեն խոսում: Եթե կհուզի մարդկանց ապա մենք հասել ենք մեր նպատակին»,-եզրափակեց Գրիգորը
