2․ Ուշադրություն դարձրեք կերակուրին

Համոզված եմ, որ ատամները լվանում եք օրը 2-3 անգամ ուտելուց հետո: Աշխատեք սովորություն դարձնել: Սա կօգնի, որպեսզի խուսափեք ուտելիքից: Առաջին պատճառն այն է, որ չեք զգա ուտելիքի համը, քանի որ ատամի մածուկի համը կխանգարի: Եվ երկրորդ՝ մենք չափազանց ծույլ ենք ևս մեկ անգամ ատամները լվանալու համար:

7. Ծիծաղեք լիաթոք
