«Խոչընդոտում չեմ կարող ասել, թե եղել է». Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանը՝ Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում լրագրողների աշխատանքը խոչընդոտելու մասին

Ժուռնալիստների միության նախագահ Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանն այսօր հանդիպել է քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանին՝ քննարկելու լրագրողների աշխատանքի կանոնակարգմանն առնչվող մանրամասներ, որոնց անհրաժեշտության մասին քաղաքապետը հայտարարեց այն բանից հետո, երբ Երևանի ավագանու նիստում տեղի ունեցավ ծեծկռտուք։ Իսկ օրերս էլ որոշ լրատվամիջոցներ ընդդիմադիր «Երկիր Ծիրանի» խմբակցության ղեկավար Զարուհի Փոստանջյանի ուղեկցությամբ նկարահանել էին, թե ինչպես են քաղաքապետարանի շենքում մի խումբ անձինք զբաղվում թղթախաղով: Ժուռնալիստների միության նախագահ Սաթիկ Սեյրանյանն թեմայի առնչությամբ պատասխանել է Factor.am-ի հարցերին: 

Տիկի՛ն Սեյրանյան, դուք այսօր հանդիպել եք Տարոն Մարգարյանի հետ, քննարկել Երևանի քաղաքապետարանում տեղի ունեցած  փետրվարի 19-ի միջադեպը, որի ընթացքում լրագրողների աշխատանքն էր խոչընդոտվել։ Այսօր, սակայն,  Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչության պետ Արթուր Գևորգյանը հայտնել է, որ լրագրողներին այլեւս  թույլ չեն տալու մուտք գործել ավագանու նիստերի դահլիճ: Ինչպե՞ս կգնահատեք այս որոշումը: 

Տարբեր հարցեր ենք քննարկել հանդիպմանը, բայց որևէ կոնկրետ հարց չի առանձնացվել: Ես հորդորել և պահանջել եմ՝ լրագրողների աշխատանքային պայմաններին առնչվող բոլոր մասնագիտական և տեխնիկական հարցերը քննարկվեն միայն զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների ներկայացուցիչների և լրագրողական կազմակերպությունների մասնակցությամբ: Պայմանների հետ կապված հարցեր էին առաջ քաշվում, որովհետև եղել է, որ լրագրողները ռեպլիկներ են բաց թողել, անմիջապես նիստի ընթացքում փորձել են հարցազրույցներ վերցնել, միջամտել և այլն: 

Տարոն Մարգարյա՞նն էր ասում, որ նման դեպքեր են եղել: 

Ոչ միայն: Ստացվում է՝ խանգարում են կամա թե ակամա: Ավագանու ընդդիմադիր և հանրապետական անդամները, տեսնելով տեսանկարահանող և ձայնագրրող սարքերը, բոլորովին այլ պահվածք և վարվեցողություն են դրսևորել:
