Այսօր՝ փետրվարի 23-ին, արտակարգ դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում։ Ժամը 10։45-ի սահմաններում Ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Հրազդանի կիրճում՝ Կիևյան կամրջի տակ, Հրազդան գետում, դի կա։ Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, ժամանել են Ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Գրիշա Ամիրխանյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Ժամանել են նաև Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության Փրկարար ծառայության օպերատիվ խումբը՝ Հրաչ Պետրոսյանի գլխավորությամբ։

Տեղում է նաև ԱԻՆ հոգեբան Տիգրան Սարգսյանը։ Ժամանել է նաև Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների դատախազ Դավիթ Վեքիլյանը։ Ժամանել են նաև ԱԻՆ ՓԾ հատուկ նշանակության փրկարարական աշխատանքների իրականացման կենտրոնի թիվ 16 խումբը՝ խմբի պետ Համբարձում Վարտումյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Փրկարարները ջրասուզակի միջոցով դին պետք է դուրս բերեն անվտանգ վայր։ Այս պահին տեղում աշխատում է նաև քննչական խումբը՝ Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Աջափնյակ և Դավիթաշեն վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնի խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ, Արդարադատության գնդապետ Սահակ Գրիգորյանի և ավագ քննիչ Վարդան Կարապետյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում։ Դին գետից դուրս բերելուց հետո կպարզվի նրա ինքնությունը՝ արակա՞ն, թե՞ իգական սեռի է, քանի որ այն բերանքսիվայր է։

*** Քիչ առաջ ժամանեցին նաև Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ, Ոստիկանության գնդապետ Ռուբեն Ներսիսյանի գլխավորությամբ։ Ջրասուզակները քիչ առաջ դուրս բերեցին դին, ով, պարզվեց, Ոստիկանության Էրեբունու բաժնի կողմից այս տարվա հունվարի 30-ից որպես անհայտ կորած որոնվող 26-ամյա Վարդան Մնացականյանն էր, ով աշխատում էր «Ռոսիա» առևտրի կենտրոնում՝ որպես անվտանգության աշխատակից։ Ծանուցում.
