Երևանի քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հյուրընկալել է Հայաստանի համայնքների միության նախաձեռնությամբ հիմնադրված «Մունիցիպալ առաջնորդների դպրոց»-ի սաներին: Ողջունելով երիտասարդներին՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը հատկանշել է նախաձեռնության կարևորությունը, որը նպատակ ունի ոչ ֆորմալ կրթական գործիքներով էլ ավելի զարգացնել մասնակիցների գիտելիքներն ու հմտությունները, խթանել երիտասարդների մասնակցությունը հանրային կյանքին, ինչպես նաև վեր հանել ոլորտի արդիական խնդիրները: Ներկայացնելով Երևան քաղաքի կառավարման կարգն ու առանձնահատկությունները՝ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանն առանձնակի կարևորել է երիտասարդության ներուժը պետության ու քաղաքամայր Երևանի զարգացման գործում: 

«Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի դռները միշտ բաց են դպրոցի բոլոր այն սաների առջև, ովքեր կցանկանան հենց տեղում ծանոթանալ քաղաքապետարանի գործունեությանն ու աշխատակիցների աշխատանքին, որն, անշուշտ, շատ հետաքրքիր է, բայց միևնույն ժամանակ նաև բարդ է ու պատասխանատու: Մենք մշտապես պատրաստ ենք լսել ու քննարկել երիտասարդների կառուցողական բոլոր այն առաջարկները, որոնք ուղղված են Երևանի զարգացմանը: Հենց երիտասարդներին է վերապահված մեր հայրենիքի և մեր սիրելի մայրաքաղաքի կայուն զարգացման ու հզորացման, ավելի հարմարավետ դարձնելու պատասխանատու գործի շարունակականությունն ապահովելու պատվաբեր պարտականությունը, ինչը, համոզված եմ, կշարունակեք կատարել մեծ նվիրումով», - ընդգծել է քաղաքապետը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Հայաստանի համայնքների միության նախագահ Էմին Երիցյանը նկատել է, որ այս հանդիպումը հրաշալի հնարավորություն է առավել մոտիկից ծանոթանալու մայրաքաղաքի կառավարման համակարգին ու Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի գործունեությանը: Նշվել է նաև, որ Մունիցիպալ առաջնորդների չորսամսյա դասընթացներն անվճար են և նախատեսված են տեղական ինքնակառավարման և հանրային կառավարման ոլորտներով հետաքրքրված երիտասարդների համար։ 

Հանդիպման ժամանակ քաղաքապետ Տարոն Մարգարյանը պատասխանել է նաև քաղաքի կառավարման վերաբերյալ ու քաղաքային տնտեսության մի շարք ոլորտների զարգացման հետ կապված դպրոցի սաներին հետաքրքրող հարցերին:
