Վաշինգտոնի Սբ Խաչ հայկական եկեղեցու սրահում փետրվարի 25-ին  տեղի է ունեցել ղարաբաղյան ազատագրական շարժման 30-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառում, որի ընթացքում ելույթով հանդես է եկել ԱՄՆ-ում Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Ռոբերտ Ավետիսյանը։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության արտգործնախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից,  իր խոսքում Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցիչը ներկայացրել է ազատագրական շարժման պատմությունը և ընդգծել Արցախի անկախության համար պայքարի և հանրապետության հետագա զարգացման գործում սփյուռքի կարևոր դերը։

Ռոբերտ Ավետիսյանը նաև պատասխանել է ներկաների հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերում էին 2016 թ. ապրիլին Արցախի դեմ Ադրբեջանի կողմից սանձազերծված ագրեսիայի նկատմամբ միջազգային հանրության կեցվածքին, Արցախի Հանրապետությունում ընթացող տնտեսական և քաղաքական գործընթացներին և ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման ներկա փուլին։

Փետրվարի 24-ին Մերձավոր Արևելքում Արցախի Հանրապետության (ԱՀ) մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Կարո Քեբաբջյանը մասնակցել է Լիբանանի Հանրապետությունում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության դեսպանատանը տեղի ունեցած՝ լուսանկարիչ Զոհրապ Մարգարյանի` արցախյան տարեգրությունը ներկայացնող լուսանկարների ցուցադրության պաշտոնական բացման արարողությանը, որը նվիրված էր ղարաբաղյան շարժման 30-ամյակին։

Իր ելույթում Կարո Քեբաբջյանը կարևորել է Արցախ-Հայաստան-Սփյուռք եռամիասնության ամրապնդումը աշխարհասփյուռ հայության ներուժի համախմբման միջոցով՝ ի նպաստ հայապահպանության և հայկական երկու հանրապետությունների հզորացման ու բարգավաճման։ Այնուհետև Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցիչը Զոհրապ Մարգարյանին է փոխանցել ԱՀ ԱԳ նախարարի շնորհակալական նամակը և ղարաբաղյան շարժման հոբելյանին նվիրված հուշամեդալը՝ կարևորելով անվանի լուսանկարչի ներդրումը արտերկրում Արցախի ճանաչելիության բարձրացման գործում։

Միջոցառմանը մասնակցել են Լիբանանում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Սամվել Մկրտչյանը և Միայցյալ Թագավորությունում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Արմեն Սարգսյանը, Լիբանանի հայ համայնքի և հոգևոր դասի ներկայացուցիչներ։

Ցուցահանդեսը կազմակերպվել էր Մերձավոր Արևելքում ԱՀ մշտական ներկայացուցչության և Լիբանանում ՀՀ դեսպանության համագործակցությամբ։

Փետրվարի 24-ին Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունում Արցախի Հանրապետության մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Հարություն Գրիգորյանը ելույթ է ունեցել Բեռլինում կայացած միջոցառմանը՝ նվիրված ղարաբաղյան ազատագրական շարժման 30-ամյակին, որին մասնակցել են Գերմանիայի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչները։

Արցախի մշտական ներկայացուցիչն իր ելույթում անդրադարձել է ադրբեջանա-ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության պատմությանը և ղարաբաղյան շարժման իրավական ասպեկտներին։ Այնուհետև Հարություն Գրիգորյանը պատասխանել է միջոցառման մասնակիցների հարցերին, որոնք վերաբերում էին հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ Արցախի Հանրապետության դիրքորոշմանը և Արցախում տիրող սոցիալ-տնտեսական իրավիճակին ու քաղաքական զարգացումներին։
