Հիմնականում ավելի հեշտ է կառավարվում տղամարդու օրգազմը, քան կնոջը: Կարևոր է նաև, որ տղամարդը չշտապի օրգազմի հասնելու, այլ կարողանա տարբեր արագությամբ և ինտենսիվությամբ շարժվել, ճանաչել կնոջ մարմնի առավել զգայուն հատվածները, որոնք նպաստում են օրգազմի հասնելուն, և կարողա այդ հատվածների վրա ներազդել: Այլ կերպ ասած՝ անհրաժեշտ է ստեղծագործական մոտեցում ցուցաբերել: Ֆիզիոլիգիայից կարծես թե գլուխ հանեցինք. անցնեք հոգեբանությանը:

Կարևոր է, թե որքան են զուգընկերները վստահում միմյանց, ինչպես են վերաբերվում իրար, սեքսի մեջ միայն վերցնել գիտեն, թե նաև կարող են սեր փոխանցել: Սակայն ամենակարևորն այն է՝ արդյոք ձգտում են արդյոք միաժամանակյա օրգազմի, թե պարզապես հաճույք են ստանում նրանից, որ սիրում են իրար ֆիզիկապես և զգայական առումով: Այստեղից էլ ամենապարզ խորհուրդը. պետք չէ նպատակ դնել անպայման միաժամանակ կամ առհասարակ օրգազմի հասնել: Սա պետք է բնականորեն տեղի ունենա:
