Ինչո՞ւ է ամուսնական երջանիկ զույգի հարաբերություններում հանկարծ սառնությունառաջանում։ Հնարավոր չէ, որ ձեր ծանոթների եւ բարեկամների շրջանում նմանիրավիճակի հանդիպած չլինեք։ Երբեմնի կրքոտ սիրահարված եւ լիարժեք սիրովապրող զույգը կողքից սառցե բեկոր է հիշեցնում։ Մարդիկ դատարկ բաների մասին ենխոսում, սերը թաքնված է հեռավոր ինչ-որ անկյունում։

Ժամանակին ձեր ամուսնու հետ անբաժանելի եւ լիարժեք երջանիկ զույգ էիք։ Ժամերով իրար էիք նայում, անհամբերությամբ երեկոյին սպասում, որպեսզի երկուսով լինեք, միմյանց սիրային նամակներ գրում եւ անընդհատ համբուրվում։ Եվ այսպես, ի՞նչ կատարվեց, որտեղի՞ց առաջացավ ընտանեկան հարաբերությունների ճգնաժամը։ Ինչպե՞ս հաղթահարել այն։ 

Երկու հոգի նոր կյանք սկսելով՝ մտածում են, որ նրանց թեւեր տվող սերը մշտապես ուղեկցելու է իրենց։ Սակայն ժամանակը ցույց է տալիս, որ ամեն բան այնքան էլ դյուրին չէ, կյանքն իր ճշգրտումներն ունի։ Ոչ բոլոր ամուսնություններն են հաղթահարում ժամանակի փորձությունը, իսկ գիտակցությունը, որ զգացմունքը մարում է, սարսափ է առաջացնում։

Միայն հարաբերությունները սառչելու պատճառն իմանալու դեպքում հնարավոր կլինի շտկել իրավիճակը։ Ահա մի քանի հնարավոր պատճառ։

Հարաբերությունների զարգացման նկատմամբ հոգատարության պակաս։ Սա ամուսնական զույգերի ամենատարածված սխալն է։ Ամուսնությունից հետո շատերը որոշում են, որ հիմա արդեն կարիք չկա պայքարել երկրորդ կեսի համար, նա առանց այդ էլ իրենն է։ Դադարում են հետեւել իրենց, ամուսնուն կամ կնոջը բավարար ուշադրության արժանացնել՝ «այլ տարբերակ չունի» սկզբունքով։ Շատ սխալ է այդպես մտածելը։ Հիշեք, թե ինչպես են սկսվել ձեր հարաբերությունները․ միմյանց նկատմամբ մշտական հոգատարություն, նուրբ հայացքներ, քնքուշ խոսքեր։ Ո՞ւր անհետացավ այդ ամենը։

Առօրյա։ Ամենօրյա կենցաղն իր հետ բազում խնդիրներ է բերում։ Պետք է սովորել միասին հաղթահարել դրանք, երկխոսության համար ժամանակ գտնել։ Չի կարելի թույլ տալ, որպեսզի տնային գործերը, աշխատանքը, ֆինանսական խնդիրները ձեր զուգընկերոջը երկրորդ տեղում թողնեն։

Երկրորդ կեսի՝ չափից դուրս զբաղված լինելը։ Սա նախորդ կետի շարունակությունն է։ Հաճախ կինն ամուսնուն մեղադրում է ուշադրության եւ ռոմանտիկ զգացմունքների դրսեւորման պակասի մեջ։ Իսկ նա, կեսգիշերին աշխատանքից վերադառնալով, ոչ մի բանի համար ուժ չի ունենում։ Որքան էլ ծանրաբեռնված լինեք, նրան ժամանակ հատկացրեք, թեկուզ շատ կարճ։

Նվնվոցն ու միմյանց վերափոխելու փորձերը։ Ամուսնական կյանքով ապրելն այնքան էլ դյուրին չէ։ Մարդիկ հաճախ իրենց հայացքներով ու համոզմունքներով չեն համապատասխանում իրար։ Պետք չէ անընդհատ սղոցել միմյանց եւ փորձել վերակառուցել նրա բնավորությունը։ Այդպիսի վարքը ոչ մի զույգի երկար ու երջանիկ ամուսնություն չի պարգեւել։ Համբերատար եղեք եւ փորձեք նկատել զուգընկերոջ բնավորության միայն դրական կողմերը։
