Չինաստանի հյուսիսում արտակարգ միջոցներ ձեռք կառնվեն սմոգի դեմ պայքարում

13 միլիոն բնակչություն ունեցող Տյանցզին մեգապոլիսի իշխանությունները հայտարարել են կիրակի օրը օդի աղտոտվածության դեմ պայքարի արտակարգ միջոցառումներ ձեռք առնելու մասին` օդի որակի կտրուկ վատթարացման հետ կապված տագնապի նրնջագույն մակարդակի ֆոնին։ Այս մասին նշված է քաղաքապետարանի տարածած հայտարարության մեջ, փոխանցում է ՏԱՍՍ–ը։

Մարտի 11-ից քաղաքում  տրանսպորտային սահմանափակումներ կմտցվեն։ Սահմանափակումները կվերաբերեն նաեւ  արդյունաբերական ձեռնարկություններին, որոնք նվազագույնը 50 տոկոսով ստիպված կլինեն կրճատել վնասակար արտանետումները։ Շնչառության խնդիրներ եւ հիվանդություններ ունեցող մարդկանց խորհուրդ է տրվում դուրս գալ փողոց միայն ծայրահեղ անհրաժեշտության պարագայում։

Հիշեցնենք, որ ավելի վաղ Պեկինի իշխանությունները տագնապի նրնջագույն մակարդակ էին հայտարարել՝ կապված օդի որակի կտրուկ վատթարացման հետ: Օդում գրանցվել էր աղտոտվածության բարձր մակարդակ՝ PM2.5 մասնիկների մակարդակը կազմել է խորանարդ մետրին 262 միկրոգրամ:

 2,5 միկրոնից ոչ պակաս չափով PM2.5 մասնիկները առողջությանը լուրջ սպառնալիք են ներկայացնում, դրանք օդում մառախուղի զգացողություն են առաջացնում եւ կարող են թոքեր թափանցել ու խորը նստվածք առաջացնել՝ հեղձուկի նոպաների եւ առողջական խնդիրների պատճառ դառնալով: Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության կողմից խորհուրդ տրվող անվտանգ մակարդակն է խորանարդ մետրին 25 միկրոգրամը:
