ՀՀ Նախագահի պաշտոնում ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ Արմեն Սարգսյանին շնորհավորական ուղերձ են հղել Վրաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Գիորգի Մարգվելաշվիլին. Չեխիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Միլոշ Զեմանը և ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով Գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆիլիպպո Գրանդին: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին Արմեն Սարգսյանի գրասենյակից։

Վրաստանի նախագահ Գիորգի Մարգվելաշվիլիի ուղերձում մասնավորապես ասված է.

«Ցանկանում եմ սրտանց շնորհավորել  Ձեզ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Նախագահ ընտրվելու կապակցությամբ և հաջողություններ մաղթել Ձեր գործունեության մեջ:

Ուրախ եմ, որ վերջին ժամանակահատվածում  Վրաստանի և Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունների միջև երկկողմ հարաբերությունները զգալիորեն զարգացել են,  և  դրականորեն նպաստել են մեր ժողովուրդների բարեկամական շփումների ամրապնդմանը: Ես հավատում եմ, որ մեր երկրների միջև դարերի շարունակ ձեւավորված բարեկամական հարաբերությունները ապագայում ևս  ավելի կզարգանան՝ ի բարօրություն մեր ժողովուրդների»:

Չեխիայի Հանրապետության նախագահ Միլոշ Զեմանի ուղերձում մասնավորապես ասված է.

«Հայաստանը Չեխիայի Հանրապետության համար ավանդական կարևոր գործընկեր է և դաշնակից։ Նախարարությունների և խորհրդարանների ներկայացուցիչների բազմաթիվ հանդիպումների, տնտեսական համագործակցության հարցերով չեխ-հայկական միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի պարբերական նիստերի, բարձրագույն մակարդակով փոխայցելությունների շնորհիվ՝ վերջին ամիսներին և տարիներին արձանագրել ենք երկկողմ երկխոսության հզորացում։ Ինքս երախտագիտությամբ հիշում եմ իմ վերջին պետական այցը Հայաստան 2016 թվականի հունիսին։

Հայաստանը  կարևոր գործընկեր է նաեւ  բազմակողմ հարթակներում։ Նոր համաձայնագրի շնորհիվ կարող ենք ավելի ընդլայնել գործակցությունը Հայաստանի և ԵՄ միջև։ Հեռանկարներ կան նաև Արևելյան գործընկերության (որի նախաձեռնողներից մեկն է ՉՀ-ն) շրջանակներում գործակցության առումով։ Մենք այն ընկալում ենք որպես խոստումնալից և չափազանց օգտակար ձևաչափ մեր հարևանության ամենամտերիմ գործընկերների հետ հարաբերությունների զարգացման համար»։

Արմեն Սարգսյանին շնորհավորել են նաեւ  ՄԱԿ-ի փախստականների հարցերով Գերագույն հանձնակատար Ֆիլիպպո Գրանդին, տարբեր երկրների քաղաքական գործիչներ, գործարարներ, գիտական, կրթական հաստատությունների ղեկավարներ, հայոց թեմերի առաջնորդներ:
