Հայաստանի Կենտրոնական բանկի նախագահի տեղակալ Ներսես Երիցյանը հիփոթեքային վարկերը բացառապես դրամով տրամադրելու նպատակահարմարություն այս պահին չի տեսնում:

Ազգային ժողովում «Ապահովված հիփոթեքային պարտատոմսերի մասին ՀՀ օրենքում» փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին և հարակից նախագծերի փաթեթի քննարկման ընթացքում, պատասխանելով «Ծառուկյան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Սերգեյ Բագրատյանի հարցին, Ներսես Երիցյանն ընդգծեց, որ արտարժույթով հիփոթեքային վարկերի տրամադրումը քաղաքացիներին ընտրության հնարավորություն է տալիս: «Մարդիկ կան, որ ունեն դոլարային եկամուտներ՝ հատկապես տրանսֆերտների ձևով, և իրենց համար ավելի ձեռնտու է դոլարով վերցնել՝ ավելի ցածր տոկոսադրույքով: Նրանց այդ հնարավորությունից զրկելը նպատակահարմար չէ»,- ընդգծեց Երիցյանը:

ԿԲ նախագահի տեղակալը հավելեց, որ բոլոր բանկերի ակտիվները հաշվի առնելով՝ դրամով տրամադրված հիփոթեքային վարկերն ավելի շատ են, քան դոլարով: «Այսինքն, մենք տարեցտարի այդ միտումը տեսնում ենք: Նվազում են և տոկոսադրույքները, և ժամկետներն են ավելանում: Սրանք դրական միտումներ են»,- ասաց Երիցյանը:

Նա կարևորեց երկար փողերի ինստիտուտի զարգացումը, որպեսզի կարողանան հիփոթեքային վարկերն ավելի հասանելի և մատչելի դարձնել:
