Արցախի Հանրապետության նախկին արտգործնախարար Արման Մելիքյանը դրական է գնահատում ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի միջազգային գործերի կոմիտեի նախագահ Կոնստանտին Կոսաչովի հայտարարությունն այն մասին, որ Ռուսաստանը կրճատելու է Ադրբեջանին զենքի վաճառքի ծավալները: Այս մասին գրում է «Փաստ» թերթը:

«Ինչ խոսք, գուցե ավելի ծանրակշիռ կհնչեր այդօրինակ հայտարարությունը, եթե բարձրաձայնվեր ՌԴ նախագահի կամ զինավաճառության ոլորտը համակարգող փոխվարչապետի կողմից, բայց անգամ ՌԴ Դաշնային ժողովի Դաշնության խորհրդի միջազգային գործերի կոմիտեի նախագահի խոսքն այս համատեքստում քաղաքական հստակ լիցք է պարունակում»,- «Փաստ» օրաթերթի հետ զրույցում ընդգծեց պարոն Մելիքյանը` հուսալով, որ ամենամոտ ապագայում ռուսական կողմն առարկայական ու տեսանելի քայլեր կկատարի:

Մեր հարցին՝ ի՞նչն է ստիպել, որ ռուսական շրջանակներից նման հայտարարություն հնչի, Մելիքյանը պատասխանեց. «Հայ պաշտոնատարներն իրենց երկկողմ ու բազմակողմ հանդիպումների ընթացքում բազմիցս են բարձրաձայնել այդ խնդիրը: Առավել հավանական եմ համարում, որ Ռուսաստանի կողմից Ադրբեջանին զենքի վաճառքի խնդիրն արծարծվել է նաև պարոն Կոսաչովի երևանյան հանդիպումների ընթացքում, ինչը և խթան է հանդիսացել, որ վերջինս հանդես գա վերոհիշյալ հայտարարությամբ»:

Նախկին արտգործնախարարն անդրադարձավ նաև Արցախի նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանի ամերիկյան այցին: Ըստ նրա՝ Արցախի բարձրագույն պաշտոնյաների միջազգային այցերն ու հանդիպումներն օգտակար են հատկապես այն տեսանկյունից, որ հնարավորություն են ընձեռում արցախահայության շահերն ու նպատակները չմիջնորդավորված ներկայացնել օտար քաղաքական, հասարակական շրջանակներին ու մասնագիտորեն մեր տարածաշրջանով զբաղվող վերլուծաբաններին: «Այդուհանդերձ, քանի դեռ արցախյան իշխանական շրջանակները նոր քաղաքական նախաձեռնություններով հանդես գալու նպատակ չեն հետապնդում, իմաստ չունի այսօրինակ այցելություններից և տարաբնույթ հանդիպումներից լուրջ արդյունքներ ակնկալել»,-նշեց մեր զրուցակիցը:

Խոսելով ադրբեջանական զորավարժությունների վտանգների մասին՝ Մելիքյանն ընդգծեց. «Երբ մեր հանդեպ թշնամանք տածող Ադրբեջանը զորավարժություններ է անցկացնում` դրանցում ներգրավելով իր զինված ուժերի համարյա հիսուն տոկոսը, ապա դա պետք է մեր կողմից ընկալվի որպես պատերազմի հնարավոր վերսկսման նախերգանք»: Նրա խոսքով՝ մենք պետք է պատրաստ լինենք հակառակորդի անակնկալ հարձակմանը և հակահարված տալուն:

«Եթե պաշտոնական Երևանն ավելի շրջահայաց ու հեռատես լինի բանակցային գործընթացի շրջանակներում կիրառվող իր մոտեցումներում, ապա հնարավոր է էապես նվազեցնել լարվածությունը նաև ճակատային գծի երկայնքով, բայց նման գործելակերպի մեր պատասխանատուները,թերևս, դեռ պատրաստ չեն»,-եզրափակեց Արման Մելիքյանը:
