Կոսովոյի խորհրդարանում ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներն արցունքաբեր գազ են կիրառել

Կոսովոյի խորհրդարանում ընդդիմությունից պատգամավորները մարտի 21-ին արցունքաբեր գազ են կիրառել, որպեսզի ձախողեն Չեռնոգորիայի հետ պետական սահմանի ճանաչման մասին 2015 թվականի համաձայնագրի հաստատումը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է Կոսովոյի ռադիոն եւ հեռուստատեսությունը: Փետրվարին Կոսովոյի օրենսդիր ժողովը հերթական անգամ չկարողացավ 120 ձայներից անհրաժեշտ 80-ը հավաքել փաստաթղթի հաստատման համար: Չեռնոգորիայի հետ սահմանագծման հարցին նվիրված նիստը հետաձգվեց:

Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերը փետրվարի վերջին կոչ Է արել Կոսովոյի խորհրդարանին՝ վավերացնել Չեռնոգորիայի հետ պետական սահմանի մասին համաձայնագիրը, ինչը Բրյուսելը պարտադիր պայման Է համարում կոսովցիների համար այցագրային ռեժիմի ազատականացման համար: «Կոսովոյի խորհրդարանի նիստի սկսվելուց մի քանի ակնթարթ հետո, որտեղ պետք Է ընդունվեր Չեռնոգորիայի հետ սահմանագծման համաձայնագրի վերաբերյալ օրինագիծը, արցունքաբեր գազ Է կիրառվել: Պատգամավորները դուրս են եկել նիստերի դահլիճից, սպասվում Է, որ աշխատանքը կշարունակվի այն բանից հետո, երբ գազը կցնդի»,-հայտնել Է հեռուստաալիքը:

ԶԼՄ-ների տվյալներով՝ գազը կիրառել են «Ինքնորոշում» արմատական ընդդիմադիր շարժման պատգամավորները: Միջադեպին արձագանքել Է Պրիշտինայում ԱՄՆ-ի ազդեցիկ դեսպան Գրեգ Դելավին, որն ավելի վաղ քանիցս հորդորել Է կոսովցի խորհրդարանականներին՝ հաստատել սահմանագծումը Պոդգորիցայի հետ: Ամերիկացի դիվանագետը հայտարարել Է, որ «բռնությունը՝ որպես քաղաքական միջոց, տեղ չունի Կոսովոյում»:

Չեռնոգորիայի նախագահ Ֆիլիպ Վույանովիչը եւ Կոսովոյի ղեկավար Հաշիմ Թաչին փետրվարի 16-ին համատեղ հայտարարություն են ստորագրել, որով կոչ Է արվում Կոսովոյի խորհրդարանին՝ վավերացնել պետական սահմանի մասին համաձայնագիրը: Փաստաթուղթը ենթադրում Է, որ վավերացումից հետո կկազմվի սահմանագծման համատեղ աշխատանքային խումբ: Այդպիսով՝ Չեռնոգորիայի իշխանությունները պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել՝ վերանայել ու ճշգրտել պետական սահմանի գիծը, թեեւ ավելի վաղ թույլ չԷին տալիս դրա հնարավորությունը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստին:
