Լևոն Ալթունյանը հանդիպել է Կոտայքի մարզի ընտանեկան բժիշկների հետ

 Առողջության առաջնային պահպանման օղակի մարզային բժիշկների հետ ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանի հերթական հանդիպումը երեկ կայացել է Կոտայքի մարզում։ Հրազդանի բժշկական կենտրոնում նախարարի հետ անկաշկանդ մթնոլորտում զրույց են ունեցել Հրազդանի, Աբովյանի, Բյուրեղավանի և այլ համայնքների ընտանեկան բժիշկները, ովքեր աշխատում են ավելի քան 1000-ական բնակչի հետ։ Նրանց առանձնապես հետաքրքրել է բոնուսների հիման վրա աշխատավարձի բարձրացման մեխանիզմը։ Նախարարը մանրամասնել է, որ եթե հաստատուն աշխատավարձը ձևավորվում է մասնագիտական գործառույթներով, այդ թվում` նոր մեթոդաբանությամբ իրականացվող դիսպանսեր հսկողություն և կանխարգելիչ հետազոտություններ, ապա բոնուսները կձևավորվեն բնակչության առողջության պահպանության և հիվանդությունների վաղ հայտնաբերման չափելի գործիքներով։ Լևոն Ալթունյանը շեշտադրել է առաջնային օղակում բուժման արդյունավետության բարձրացման, ցերեկային ստացիոնարների ստեղծման և հատկապես թերապևտիկ հիվանդների հոսպիտալացումների նվազեցման խնդիրները։

«Ձեր արդյունավետ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ մենք կարող ենք հասնել նրան, որ մարզերում թերապևտիկ ծառայությունները հիմնականում մատուցվեն առաջնային օղակում կամ ցերեկային ստացիոնարներում»,- նշել է նախարարը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից, Լևոն Ալթունյանը հավելել է, որ այս հանդիպումների նպատակը ինչպես բոլոր այդ հարցերի համատեղ քննարկումն է, այնպես էլ առաջնային օղակի բժիշկներին նախարարության կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերին ծանոթացնելը, որպեսզի դրանցից սպասվող արդյունքների մասին տեղեկացնեն նաև իրենց կողմից սպասարկվող բնակչությանը։

Ընդունելով, որ էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության համակարգը ոլորտում նոր մակարդակ է ապահովում, ընտանեկան բժիշկները հետաքրքրվել են համակարգի անվտանգության և տվյալների հասանելիության հարցերով։ Նախարարը նշել է, որ համակարգը հնարավորինս պաշտպանված է, իսկ քաղաքացու անհատական տվյալները հասանելի են միայն իրեն և իր թույլտվությամբ` ընտանեկան բժշկին։ Լևոն Ալթունյանը պատասխանել է բժիշկներին հետաքրքրող մյուս բոլոր հարցերին:
