Հայաստանում 2017 թվականի վերջից դիտվում է կապույտ հազով հիվանդացության բարձրացում: Կապույտ հազին բնորոշ է 3-4 տարին մեկ պարբերական աշխուժացումը: Վերջին ակտիվությունը գրանցվել էր 2013-2014 թվականներին: Հիվանդացության պարբերական ակտիվացումը պայմանավորված է պատվաստումներում ուշ ընդգրկման, պատվաստումներից հրաժարման և թերի պատվաստված անձանց կուտակմամբ, ինչպես նաև բնակչության ակտիվ տեղաշարժով։ Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարությունից:

«Տարեսկզբին` հունվար-փետրվարին 2017 թվականի նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատությամբ հանրապետությունում կապույտ հազի հիվանդացությունն աճել է 6 անգամ: Նշված ժամանակահատվածում արձանագրվել է կապույտ հազի 17 դեպք, որոնցից 13-ը (77%) չպատվաստված են, 1-ը (6%)՝ թերի պատվաստված: Կապույտ հազի դեպքերից 11-ը 0-1 տարեկան երեխաներ են: Գրանցվել է նաև կապույտ հազից 2 ամսական երեխայի մահվան 1 դեպք:

Կապույտ հազը մանրէային հիվանդություն է, այն փոխանցվում է օդակաթիլային ճանապարհով։ Հիվանդությունը սկսվում է ընդհանուր թուլությամբ, հազով, ջերմության բարձրացումով։ Աստիճանաբար հազը դառնում է նոպայազև, նոպայի վերջում ներշնչման ժամանակ երեխան ուժեղ հաչոցանման ձայն է հանում։ Հազն ուժեղանում է երեկոյան և գիշերային ժամերին։ Հազի նոպաների ընթացքում երեխաները լարված են, կարող են առաջանալ արյունազեղումներ մաշկի վրա, աչքի մեջ, հնարավոր են քթային արյունահոսություններ, ակամա միզարձակում և այլն։ Նոպայաձև հազի ժամանակ երեխան կարող է կապտել, այստեղից էլ հիվանդության անվանումն է։ Հիվանդությունը հատկապես ծանր են տանում մինչև մեկ տարեկան երեխաները։ Նրանց մոտ հազը կարող է առաջացնել շնչառության կանգ։ Կապույտ հազին բնորոշ են այնպիսի բարդությունները, ինչպիսիք են թոքաբորբը, բրոնխիտը, էնցեֆալիտը (ուղեղի ախտահարումը), որոնք կարող են երեխայի հաշմանդամության պատճառ դառնալ։

Մեկ անգամ ևս անհրաժեշտ է նշել, որ կապույտ հազի կանխարգելման միակ անվտանգ և արդյունավետ միջոցը պատվաստումն է: Միայն ժամանակին և լիարժեք իրականացված պատվաստումները կարող են կանխել հիվանդության առաջացումը և դրա հետևանքով առաջացած բարդությունները»,- ասվում է նախարարության հաղորդագրության մեջ:
